I’m very happy with quality design and quick delivery

The pocket door system is of good quality, the builders had no problem installing it. Delivery was really fast (less than 48hrs) and item well packaged. Great service!

Was annoyed it wasnt clear only bracket came and not door too !

Order delivered on time. Correct items delivered...can't ask for much more.

Very prompt dispatch so easy to do business with. Highly recommend

Fast delivery but no tracking available. Hence 4 stars not five. Friendly and responsive service. Would recommend.

Easy to order, arrived on time with excellent delivery driver

Very prompt delivery and helpful staff when I called with an enquiry.

wasn't sure what I needed, phoned & received lots of help.
Arrived within 2 daye
once opened & read the instrutions. I managed put the frame together in under an hour.

Great product. Well priced and excellent quality. Speedy turnaround on order and delivery. Can’t fault.

The products I purchased arrived within 2 days. Well packaged and promptly delivered. I haven’t put it together yet but I’m sure all will be well.

Ordered this under the impression it was the kit and door only to find out when it was delivered, there is no door. The whole website reads as if it is selling the complete kit - only in tiny small print on the ordering page does it say the door is not included. Customer services were not helpful - basically didn't care. Don't think I will use this company again!

Excellent & swift service. All arrived packaged & protected well.

Technical assistance was great, as I’m not inserting the frame into a conventional stud wall I’m adding mine to existing walls. Material to help with this is none existent although it does seem fairly common place.

I had two kits, one for a 24” double entrance into a dining room, and the other a single door entrance into a kitchen. While the overall depth of the kit plus wall is much deeper than norm it does have a some advantages such as hiding the doors when open. Saves on space a conventional door opening takes, and adds quite an impact on the overall look and feel of the room.

The single door opening kit had a few twisted parts which made assembly a little more harder than my double kit, shortage of self tapping screws which seems mean and of course the assembly instructions leave a little to be desired. YouTube was a great help but lacked detail for installing the inner door lining kit, instructions were very basic and the official Eclisse instructional vids more promo orientated. Premium product at a premium price. so it’s not much to expect all the additional information to ensure a quality finish. Whether this is aimed at the DIY’er is hard to evaluate. Much easier install into a 4x2 stud wall that needs to be very square and accurate.
