Seems like there’s some major issues with this casino. I’ve put in heaps of money and usually my withdrawal is in my account within hours. I’ve waited 4 days for $200, many support chats, my bank statements to prove money hasn’t landed even though processed on their side. I’ve sent all my documents for KYC. Email after email. Well been playing for a while now and have really enjoyed the games and the withdrawals were easy, well up unto this weekend. Its been over 36 hours waiting for withdrawal, when I have always received them within 4 to 6 hours. Contact support and there is apparently a technical issue thats taking over 36 hours to repair. The site says my withdrawal was deposited via bank transfer to me, but it has not. Gave showed proof to support and its the same old we have technical issues.
