Been using this site for about a year now with no issues until recently. They all the sudden want all this verification for my current withdrawl and customer support while semi helpful cant seem to explain why. Not a good return after a win or help centre
After a win, they certainly stopped the games playing. My friends and family feel same. A bit dodgy and the customer service is not great. Been charged international transaction fees by them/transfer providers, but they claim they don't charge. It's not my financial institution charging me. Anyway, started off really good. Now I don't recommend.
