Great investment in my health, safety, and pole journey
I lost my ebooks after my phone was stolen. Not only did Neola help me re-download the ebooks, she also noticed I might have paid twice and proactively investigated and refunded me. She responded immediately even though I emailed her during the holidays. The books are worth every cent. Very informative about proper technique and injury prevention. Very entertaining too!

Wonderful Information!
I was beginning to get some pain in my shoulders from overtraining. I took a few weeks off from pole to rest and to find some solutions. That is when I stumbled across the Pole PT! I've been working through the Pole Proof Shoulders program for the last couple weeks and It's been so helpful. My shoulder pain is virtually gone and I feel so much stronger! I am beginning to understand the need to have a structured approach to pole training and the value of mobility and strength training off the pole. Thank you so much! I also grabbed an e-book version of Strength and Conditioning for Pole... my only bit of disappointment is that the print copies are all sold out :(. If you ever reprint it, I will be first in line to get one!

The Pole PT books and exercise plans…
The Pole PT books and exercise plans are awesome! They are beautifully produced and work wonderfully. I had some issues with getting the ebooks to download, which was entirely user error. Both times Neola responded quickly and both times my download worked perfectly.
