I purchased the book. Delivery was fast. I love the book to learn a lot about Pole training.

Besides the excessive custom fees, nothing bad to say, and I guess you can't be held accountable for Brexit, so: very nice experience, the book came fast, it's awesome, and the possibility to access 3D animations through the QR-code was a very nice surprise. Looking forward for a vol. 2!

Honest very helpful and well compiled book. I think the writing could be a bit less conversational but that aside I highly recommend!

I recently got both books and they are just what my nerdy pole heart needed 😊 All the explanations are complete and thorough, which lead to many 'aha' moments while reading both books. Looking forward to many more!

Brilliant book. Unbelievable really, the work that had gone into it. Love it! Life changer in all honesty. For anyone who likes to piece together physical action and love for pole and/or fitness and the mental clarity of what it is you are doing with your body and what can be done.

What can I say that hasn’t been said? If I could more than 5 stars I would. My first incredible encounter with the Pole PT company was with that first day I received Neola’s first book! I’d need to write a book and not a review for just how much it impacted not only my pole journey but our lives! It changed the way I conditioned, introduced me to body awareness and opened my obsession with anatomy ! ! (I can’t wait for the new book) It set the path for the teacher I wanted to become and was part of creating the Pole & Fitness studio we now run! The full Pole PT concept is awesome, I love the app (I really enjoyed the shoulders program) the team are amazing , the books are phenomenal & all the furry (and non furry)animals surrounding them just top it up !

pole PT is awesome I'm a beginner and the book broke it down very simply so that I could gain the strength and coordination to perform on the pole successfully.

What a great experience! Ordered Neola's book as a Christmas present for our daughter-in-law during the Black Friday sale. Had some concern because the international tracking wasn't updating and we were worried that it had got lost and that we would not receive it in time. Contacted Neola and she immediately got on the case and determined that the shipping company had provided the wrong tracking number to us!
