It's quite user-friendly
It's quite user-friendly. Although I have definitely experienced some glitches with the calendar program. I am happy you changed the telehealth options to allow repeating appts to be marked as telehealth.

Navigating the site was easy once someone showed me. The paper I got to show me how was not working like it said. This site needs hands on teaching not a paper teaching.

Need cohesiveness between TheraNest and Wiley's Treament Planners
I used Wiley Planner for two years. I stopped the monthly charge. I went into TheraNest to write my weekly progress reports for my clients; and Wiley had erased previously written notes until I paid the monthly fee again. Since TheraNest has the ability to speak for us as a group, I would like for TheraNest to contact the Wiley technicians to see what can be done to ensure our notes will remain in the system after we discontinue the monthly service.

One of the standout aspects of…flexibility
One of the standout aspects of TheraNest is its flexibility. The software allows for customization to fit the unique needs of my practice. Whether it's tailoring forms, adjusting billing settings, or setting up personalized reminders, TheraNest provides the tools necessary to make the software work for me, rather than the other way around. In addition to one to one help online this is a peace of mind, highly recommended.

Good enough
I find your templates to be thorough and easy to understand. The interface is easy to follow and pleasing enough to look at. I find some of the transitions between pages to be a bit awkward, which is the only reason I did not not give 5 stars. I appreciate the availability of the customer support team.

My issues were not resolved! there is no true fix for the problem we are having.. also our time zone keeps reverting back and it has been a pain

Overall we are satisfied, but there are some glitches that are detrimental to performance
Things mysteriously disappear and are never found again. This has happened numerous times.
Need more options/capabilities on dynamic forms.
Auto-save features are needed on all forms.
