I made an order on the 25th of March, I was informed that I would get it in 7 Days, Its now the 4th of April 2025 and I have not any form of communication from them regarding the delivery of my order.
So Disappointed shem

I wish I read the reviews before placing an order.

I placed an order on 28 March 2025 and still got no email regarding my delivery.
I’ve sent follow up emails and got no response. This is unacceptable. Please do not purchase from them because they are not reliable! #angrycustomer

I love the product but lost the charger. I wrote many times to order a new charger

Customer service very bad

Never shipped out my order. When I reached out to support, I never received a response. I received a request to review via Trustpilot before receiving a response from their team.

I never received my order #11257. I am trying to Email them. My Email is not going through. There is no clear instruction how to reach them. All I want from them is to reach out to me and take care of the issue either send the product or refund my money. Thank you!

The product is excellent. THE PROBLEM HERE WITH YOUR COMPANY IS THAT IT TOOK YOUR COMPANY SO LONG TO GET BSCK TO ME. I NEEDED A NEW CHARGING CORD. FINALLY SOMEONE GOT BACK TO ME. I ORDERED AND PAID FOR THE CORD $9.98. It’s BEEN OVER A MONTH AND A HALF. I CALLED THE NUMBER TO YOUR COMPANY. NO ANSWER. I JUST WANT MY CORD NOW!!!

Great product that gave me so much relief and helped me relax so much. Thought this was one of the best products of it's kind and just has a elegant design to it.

The product is great, and the customer service is excellent. It's a very low-risk product because they have a very lenient return policy and it's quite easy to get ahold of customer service to get the return. I would highly recommend!

Love the Therascalp. I use it almost daily and it helps with my tinnitus and tension headaches. Easy to charge, easy to clean, just enough settings and company behind it is quick to respond to emails. I suggested it to lots of friends.

Therascalp is a great product! Fairly priced and with great quality, I bought this as a Christmas gift last year. My girlfriend was extremely pleased with the massage it was giving her scalp. I used it from time to time. She recently misplaced the charging cable, and the customer service rep was more than helpful. Overall great experience.

I love using therascalp! Scalp health is so important and this tool is not only very relaxing but also helps to increase circulation that in return stimulates hair growth! 💯 recommend this device !!

I have not used the product long enough to evaluate its effectiveness.
The massage feels good. It is light and comfortable in my hand. The battery does not last as long as claimed.
At this time my only other negative comment is that it didn't come with instructions on how to use it for scalp stimulation, only info about the product itself.

I received my therascalp and used it right away, I did like the way it felt, especially at the back of my head where I guess all the tention is, ive been using daily since receiving it, haven't noticed any hair growth or less coming out, but we shall see since its only been a couple of weeks. Only thing I didn't like, is the rubber tips had a very odd smell, I had to use it in the shower with shampoo to try and get rid of the smell, and sometimes it does snag my hair, but all in all, I like it.

Therascalp is such a great company and product. I love it and I recommend it to everyone. I’ll probably get another one for my partner but also it’s a great gift for anyone.
