The Raw Food World Reviews

I love Raw Food World...Jennifer is great.....Everyone has been great. When I email to them with any questions I get a fast response . They take good care!!

Very reliable with excellent customer service

My order was delivered a day earlier than expected… Which was so much better because there still was a little dry ice and everything was frozen solid so in this heat I was happy it came when it did. The driver was very courteous/helpful and I happened to catch him as he was delivering the order so he willingly put the heavy box where I was going to unload it to..

Love this stuff... taaaasty! woop woop.

Fast international delivery, excellent product!

The food was great. I would love to come back again and try all they serve.

Love the varieties, lots to choose from. Customer service is superb too, can’t wait to try their other menus.

Awesome support and products. Delivery could be a bit faster, rather than that I can recommend them

Great place to go and visit for some awesome food choices. Definitely a must try!

Great stuff.
Great place to go to. I am recommended.

Rude and slowly customer service. But excellent quality of products and fast delivery.

I ordered years ago quite a bit, but stopped while Matt was gone. I guess I missed the videos helping me think of stuff. I'm soooooo glad he's back I already ordered the 3 new pre, post and whatever else it is on the video. Should be here tomorrow! I think Matt and Angela are awesome and anything bad anyone experienced with this company was from an ungrateful employee. So many unreliable, unappreciative and dishonest people, but Mat and Angela ARE NOT THOSE PEOPLE

I have ordered from Raw Food World for several years. All products have been excellent quality. My shipments have arrived timely and well packaged with a hand-written note from Matt Monarch along with a discount code for future orders. I had to call customer service once with a question. I left a voicemail and my call was returned in 1-2 days. I have never had any issue with any order. I am frankly surprised by some of the negative reviews. This has certainly not been my experience with the company. There are so few quality, raw-food companies out there, I felt compelled to leave a review.

Unreliable and deceptive. Awful customer service. Had read many complaints online about product control but went ahead & order anyway - and I received a lower grade quality product than what I ordered. They acknowledged that they sent me the wrong item but would not refund the difference or send what I ordered, only promised a credit for the difference - as if I would ever order from them again. Beware.

I have ordered on and off for several yrs from Matt & alreadys rec';d great products and a nice note from Matt and a Card with a discount code for future orders. If I caontacted them they always got back 2 me
