The Raw Food World Reviews

While I am deeply grateful for your wonderful selection - which fits beautifully with our lifestyle... & your monthly specials rock! Your service is greatly lacking, even disappointing & you 'advertise' "ORDER TODAY, WE'LL SHIP TOMORROW" - which has NEVER happened for me. After being promised a couple of "at cost" almond butter jars for over 6 months (pd & waited, waited, waited, emailed 3x) - I had to just stop ordering. I received a nice note from Matt & figured I'd give RFW a try again... Placed my order last Tuesday 3.1 & TODAY is a week later TUESDAY 3.8... my order has NOT even shipped yet. I actually ordered some products from Nadine (L.L.) from CANANDA the same day, they arrived YESTERDAY - with "standard shipping." I love supporting small business - but I can order from Amazon & have the products in 2 days + with FREE shipping. With RFW, it can be 2 weeks...2 months. Sorry - not acceptable :(

im happy with rfw

I'm very pleased with the swift delivery of the product, with no waiting. The product was also well packed for safe delivery.

Love the variety of products available that I can use to enhance my health and my LIFE!

Mahalo from Denver, CO

Found this site looking for a rather niche brand of flavorings, wide selection and a few with an unbeatable price. Picked out a couple and was a bit surprised by the cost of shipping. Ended up being well worth the slight increase in what I'd expected the shipping cost to be, package arrived very quickly and with great care taken to ensure these hard to find flavorings arrived in tact. I fully intend to order from them again!

I had stopped shopping here because of poor cs, lack of communication, slow shipping, and there was ALWAYS something wrong with my order!

This was about a year ago. I'd decided to give them another shot with the big Living Libations sale they had, and I'm happy to report that my shopping experience was great. Prompt shipping, packaged well and my order correct (so no need to contact cs, which is how I like it!)

In short, a perfect transaction this time around, so I will be back for more :-) keep up the good work!

Quick shipping to east coast on small orders.

I've ordered from Raw Food World a few times now and have always been pleased with my order.

Good products, great prices. No complaints.

With great products and cost pricing what's not to love!

I received my Camu Camu powder quickly, and look forward to using it every day! It tasted great in my smoothie and I think it added some oomph to it. I like what Matt and Angela are doing, and I'm sure their products are all of excellent quality.

I'm new to this scope of health foods so when I first walked in, I was blown away by the sheer volume and diversity of products. I plan on making regular trips back there.

My order came in a very timely manner, wrapped so as not to break anything and there were added extras for sampling. The handwritten note from the customer servic made the experience quite personal and excellent!

Excellent products and prompt delivery!

Shopping at The Raw World is supporting consciousness for a healthy life and better environment.

I've been ordering from The Raw Food World for several years. Matt's dedication to the quality of his products and to the satisfaction of his customers, the awesome monthly at-cost deals, and great membership discounts are why I continue to shop there. I must say that his customer service team is top notch. Any time there has been an issue (not many), the issue is addressed quickly with great care and respect, and the service recovery is often times beyond my expectations.

I ordered my product and it was shipped in a prompt and efficient manner.
Thanks for the great service!

I have ordered from Rawfoodworld many times and they have high quality products. They pack each item well and I usually get them in a few days. I like the quality of the Bariani olive oil and you get a discount for ordering multiple bottles. Always check the specials page for the best prices!

I was so excited to find my Living Libation oral products on "at cost" special. I was expecting a much longer turn around but was so excited to get my box so fast. Love the labeling about being organic and fragile. Looking forward to trying new products next month. Thanks Raw Food World!
