The Raw Food World Reviews

I love the store and online concept. I love the very knowledgeable owner, Matt and his super helpful Customer Sevice rep, Sydney. The only reservation I have is the reluctance of the GM to be involved with their consumers. Otherwise, this place is just fabulous.

Everything that I have bought has been top quality and always packaged with love. This company cares about their products and customers and love that is is family owned. I definitely will be a lifelong customer.

This is a company that is run from the heart. Best products available, for purity, and quality. I would highly recommend ordering from Raw Food World. The sales every month are the best.

Shipping was extremely fast. Customer service was remarkable. Packaging outstanding I love the note they attached with my order. Ordering was extremely easy and I plan to reorder from them every time I'm in need.

I love this place! I always find healthy treasures!! Thank you thank you!

Chris was great! He took the time to help me and looked on the packages i was ordering for the Nutrition Value.Very pleasant!I will deal with him from now on.There was a other young girl i talked to who just was not friendly at all.It was very apparent she did not want to be their. When i asked her a question she was very short and did not know her products. My Suggestion to this girl.....Hang out with Chris for a day and learn about Customer service.Eddie.

Overall I'm happy with their offerings. I think they could improve on their packaging, listing the source/country of origin and the date of production on all their products. What does "sell by..." mean to you when you buy raw food items?

There was one food item though that was not a health food but a health hazard. The filberts they sent me were totally rancid, every one of them...I agree the average American may not realize that, but for someone claiming to be on a raw food diet that is SO OBVIOUS!!! They shouldn't sell those, should keep their nuts in the fridge and check them periodically.

We love shopping right in Ojai

I admire and respect everything that The Raw Food World has to offer. I would absolutely recommend their products to anyone. Thank you Raw Food World for enriching my life and the lives of others!!

I always take the time to respond when you guys ask for ratings, or comments - because it is noteworthy how truly you work at generous pricing, excellent service, and educational outreach to us, your clients. I wish I could buy everything I need from you.
I deeply appreciate your uplifting approach to "business". Thank you.

Amazing speed, amazing company, and amazing people! Thank you

I ordered a product from The Raw Food World on February 12, paying $11 for shipping, and by February 27 it had still not arrived. I emailed them twice and have not yet received a reply. So I do not know how trustworthy and reliable this company is.

UPDATE: AFTER SEEING MY TRUSTPILOT REVIEW THE COMPANY CONTACTED ME. I SUBSEQUENTLY ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, SO I HAVE UPGRADED THEM FROM 1 TO 3 STARS. IN FAIRNESS, I ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY SEVERAL YEARS AGO AND ON THAT OCCASION I HAD NO PROBLEMS.

Being already familiar with this company through their videos, live web events, books, etc I placed an order for two of their products, (both of which had an accompanying video, explaining in detail about the products, health benefits, and their personal experiences with the product). I received my order very quickly along with other free samples, and am very happy with the products I ordered. This is a company that cares about people. It is evident in every way. I would recommend The Raw Food World to anyone.

I am so happy that you are there to allow healthy live food to all who wish to reach in that area. ♡ I am blessed to have you in my experience . Thank you .
