I never got a return label

#1 The watch box was put in a shipping box twice its size, causing the watch to bounce around in transit.
#2 The watch box was in terrible condition; the cover over the padding was disintegrating and in a hundred little pieces including stuck to the watch. It was gross and no way did I want that watch. Big disappointment TRR!

Via email TheRealReal just refused again to compensate me for not returning my Prada scarf back to me after I very soon changed my mind about putting it up for consignment.

Wonderful experience....I was able to consign my merchandise so easily. The sales person in Houston was so nice and very helpful as he explained the consignment process!

I don't recommend selling here. The commission is high. I sold a nice Prada jacket for just $29. Recommend DIY. The sign on offer is attractive and you get some goods that's about it.

Delivered as promised in prefect like new condition.

I ordered an expensive luxury limited edition wallet from TRR. The wallet was shipped via UPS. I have been buying and consigning from TRR for years all while residing at the same address. Whoever shipped my packages had it delivered to a P.O. Box. I have contacted customer service and have constantly received the run around. TRR should stand for THE RUN a ROUND when there is an issue where customer service is needed!!!

I’m very disappointed with the sunglasses I purchased. They are much more deteriorated than they appeared in the listing. The condition was described as “very good,” but that was not accurate. If I had been properly informed about their true condition, I would not have purchased them. This was very misleading and frustrating.

It was my first time purchasing on line and even though the item I adored didn't work out, the customer service was outstanding and very easy to navigate through the website. I decided to go to the Houston store for the return vs mailing and the sales associates were very helpful.

Prior to sending my items I searched TRR for similar items to get a better feel for what my particulars might sell for. There was 1 particular pair of shoes that sold for a fair amount for its condition. I happen to have the same item however mine were new. I was told my items would be posted within 3 weeks and that I would recieve notification once they posted. Within 2 weeks my wife happened to check. To our surprise some of our items were posted, pending sale, and sold all within the same day. Good right? Not! Nobody notified us, and those new shoes were priced extremely low and sold simultaneously. I'm telling you, as soon as they posted a sale was pending and sold! The description was falsified to justify a low price but it happen to be the same description as the old beat up pairs that previously sold, and for much more than my new pair. So here is what I believe...The person who bought my shoes is a person who work at the company! Again, at TRR an employee capitalized off my brand new item without my knowledge or approval. I'd be willing to bet, my very shoes will be listed for sale again in the near future and they will sell at a higher price guaranteed. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Needless to say I requested all my other items returned and I will not be using these tricksters again...
