My experience with this agency has been very disappointing, particularly towards the end of my time with them.

I worked consistently through the agency for around four months, but they abruptly stopped offering me work last month. Since then, I have had a particularly frustrating experience trying to resolve my accrued holiday pay.

I asked Mihaela multiple times for information about how I could receive my accrued holiday pay, but I was given mixed instructions. On some occasions, I was told to text her the dates I wanted to book off, while on other occasions I was told to contact the company responsible for processing the payments directly. I followed the latter instruction and contacted them. They confirmed how much holiday I had accrued, but then explained that the agency itself was responsible for arranging the payment.

I have since been left going back and forth between the two parties without my holiday pay being resolved. The payroll company has also now issued my P45, yet I have still received very little communication or any meaningful update from the agency regarding my accrued holiday pay. I have had to repeatedly chase the matter myself despite already following the instructions I was given.

Communication throughout my time with the agency was also very inconsistent and often felt one-sided. Most of the communication I received consisted of reminders about upcoming shifts, with very little explanation or information when it came to other matters. When I needed answers or assistance, I often had to repeatedly chase for a response.

There was also some inconsistency around availability. During my induction, Mihaela explained that we could give notice of days when we would not be available. I did this when necessary, but I would still receive calls on those days asking whether I could come in. While I understand the agency may need to fill shifts, this did not feel consistent with what had been explained during the induction.

Considering I had been consistent and reliable for around four months, I would have expected much better communication and support, particularly when my work with the agency came to an abrupt end. The ongoing lack of clarity and effort in resolving my accrued holiday pay has been the most disappointing aspect of my experience.

On indeed I applied for a Labourer position with TRC there recruitment process is great and within 5 minutes of applying my application got viewed with a phone call afterwards the person handling me was Daniel Gill friendly guy and really helpful, phone call all went well then I got an email with my login details to upload the requested documents and a day later I now have the labourer position

I have recieved help whenever I have asked for or needed it. Kind friendly staff who are very knowledgeable. However the most important thing is I was placed in work very quickly so I have nothing to complain about.
