I’ve been using YunoJuno for several years and have completed a number of bookings through the platform. I recently needed some help with my profile and also had an issue with accessing a new brief.

Hasan was brilliant throughout. He was friendly, quick to respond and genuinely helpful. He offered to have the Talent Team review my profile and provide feedback, and when I later had an issue with a brief not working, he looked into it straight away and helped get it resolved.

It’s great to have someone like Hasan on hand who takes the time to actually help rather than just point you in the direction of a generic support page. Really appreciate the support, Hasan — thanks again! 😊

Overall, another great experience with YunoJuno.

Had an issue with my contract extension and Hasan replied immediately and helped me with the process. Very happy it was resolved so quickly.

What I appreciated most was actually being able to speak to a real person from the start. So many companies now send you through endless AI support loops first, which can be incredibly frustrating when you just want a straightforward answer. It was genuinely refreshing not to have to go through any of that.

I’ve just been accepted on the platform, but so far I’ve had a good experience. It took a little while to hear back from the team after I’d first submitted my application, but once it got assigned to a support team member, everything moved on swiftly.

Georgina Vanmali - Talent & Account Manager at YunoJuno, reached out to me with a poposal for a temporary project. She gave me some actions which I happily completed. Ever since, 3 months now, she went a-wall. I tried multiple times to get updates but she stay muted. If they treat their hires this way, they will treat their clients the same.

Hasan was very quick to respond to my queries and gave some thoughtful advice that’s really helped me move forward.

Received great customer service from Hasan at YunoJuno. I reached out the team with a query and they investigated this promptly and came to a solution readily for me. Hasan was a great help in also providing me with key information and articles that would support my journey as a freelancer.
