I had a small but important problem setting up my profile. I got in touch with customer services, expecting the usual two-day lag and to-ing and fro-ing via email to resolve my issues.

However, following my email the customer services team got back in touch with me really quickly, understood my issue and had me back up and running exceptionally quickly.

I have been using Yuno Juno for some years now and it has been a great experience. It is very user-friendly and the support/customer service is great.
