Based on reviews this product seemed to fit the bill and more successful than a hand breast pump.
My daughter uses the breast pump everyday simultaneously whilst breast feeding her baby so she can save breast milk in the fridge for her partner to help with feed times and grandparents to have baby overnight.
My daughter has been so happy with the product she is recommending it to her friends.

I have ordered a breast pump that I want to return. The box is unopened. I have being emailing the company with no reply and there is no phone number.
The website says 30-days money guarantee but when reading terms & conditions it states that sale items are non-refundable. That's probably why all their items have a discount on them. Also, if they don't reply the 30 days pass and again you have no right to a refund.
Don't fall for a cheaper price when costumer service is worth much more than that.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I would not recommend purchasing from Relievoo. I bought their breast pump and, within a short time, the motor developed a fault that clearly wasn’t down to wear and tear but a defect. When I reached out to their support team, I was met with dismissive replies and constant deflection of responsibility.

Despite their so-called lifetime warranty, I was told I had to pay a shipping fee to replace a faulty motor — even though the issue was a product defect. They also insisted that only the “original buyer” could claim warranty, which completely undermines the rights of the end user.

Their customer service has been frustrating, unhelpful, and unwilling to take proper accountability. As a breastfeeding mother, the last thing I needed was the stress of fighting for basic consumer rights over a product that should have been reliable in the first place.

If you are looking for a trustworthy breast pump and reliable support, I suggest choosing another brand.

The team made it easy to track my order even when their own tracking system was down, it arrived on time and with no issues and I love pumps they are a lot quieter than my other pumps and work better as well.
I love how easy it is to use them and how much I can do now (i.e., housework and holding my baby )that I couldn’t before getting these pumps.

I would not recommend the Relievoo breast pump. The battery doesn’t last long, and one of my pumps actually broke within the first month. When I reached out, it took over 7 days to get a response from their customer service. On top of that, one of the parts broke and instead of offering proper support, they told me to reorder it online at my own cost.

For something this expensive, the quality and service should be much better. Unfortunately, both have been very poor. I’ll be informing other moms to save their money and look for a better brand.

Rubbish customer service! I ordered my pumps last week and they still haven’t arrived!
When contacted customer service they said it will be here end of this week I then asked for tracking link and they didn’t bother responding! I sent them
multiple emails but no response! They have wasted so much of my time I feel like I am not going to get these pumps ever! I am unable to provide breastmilk to my newborn because of this company! I think they are fraud!

Bought these pumps due to the Warentee offered. However one pump has now broken and will not turn on. I sent video evidence of this over a week ago as requested and have not received a replacement. The company seems to have stopped responding to me. As another point they leak too. I originally requested my money back after the first use due to them leaking and they sent me a replacement container, but it still leaks. Overall terrible and I'm really disappointed i wasted my money.

I loved it very much, it is comfortable and does not hurt, and it helped me increase my breast milk. Its voice is very calming, and in a short time it extracted a lot of milk.

Great. It is very calming to know that I have a warranty in case of something happening.

I would start by saying I wouldn't even give them 1 star but here I have no choice. Brought the double breast pump after my son was tongue tied but after having his op the pump was no longer needed. I contacted them a week after purchasing this. This was unused in its original packaging still with the bubble wrap on outside the box. This went against there return policy. After countless emails sent and a letter sent via royal mail special delivery costing me over £8 the letter was sent back via royal mail. Avoid this company it's an absolute scam. The company was dissolved in 2023 and didn't no until trying to get a refund. There no other way to contact them. No phone number and you send countless emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The product was great and easy to clean. Customer service is great as well. Just experienced a little hiccup on the delivery but then it was sorted out quickly.

It was a nice decision for me deciding to get the Relievoo breast pump. I can now multitask while I pump.

Surprisingly, it gets more milk pumped in few minutes unlike what I had earlier. My only regret is not getting it sooner.

The downside though is, the battery doesn't last longer as it says in the manual. Regardless, it is a good pump and I will recommend 👌

Bought for daughter and she has had no problems at all. Bit uncomfortable to start with, but everything is good. We received this product within the time scale stated. Packed very well.

Definitely a scam company. I ordered a pump way beyond 10 days ago, their customer service is disgusting to say the least 2 email replies from some woman named emilie who just sounds like a robot.
One word sentences “Your order’s been shipped. It’ll arrive at the end of the week”

Although I can’t see ANY tracking, and it definitely didn’t arrive this week.
They’ve taken money off me and I don’t think I will ever receive the pump. Please avoid ordering from this company, I can’t afford another pump now so I’m devastated.

Amazing product! I'd love this pump, unfortunately I couldn't use it for so long because of my little amount of milk. The battery also is very good. It last at least for 3 time cicle (20min each). Happy. I recommend it!

One pump lost suction after two weeks. Reached out to customer service multiple times and was constantly ignored.
