SCAM

Do not purchase from this site. They use AI for their customer service which pretends to be a human helping and doing stuff, but it’s actually telling you what you want to hear whilst doing nothing. They also trick you and auto charge your card for a monthly subscription and when you try to cancel, they UNCANCEL your cancellation. They literally get their stuff from the Los Angeles archive site so just cut out the middle man and shop there so you don’t get conned like I did.

First, the product was excellent and as promised. That said, you learn the most about a business when you have a problem. I had a sizing issue with The Retailer. The char support team was really responsive and remained fully engaged until the matter was resolved. I am impressed by the quality and kindness of their service team.

At best this company is very incompetent and at worst they are a scam.

Had an order get shipped out well past their promised delivery window and then never arrive. Since they used some budget shipping service, I couldn't even track the package on my end to figure out what happened. Tried to get a resolution with customer service, but that was an even more frustrating experience (kept getting messages from multiple people about the same thing I had already discussed and explained to them). Was promised several different resolutions and never received any actual resolution.

Really liked the clothing that I had ordered at first, so I ordered more. However after some issues and some communication with customer service I had gotten frustrated because in order I had canceled still had been fulfilled and I had been charged.

But customer service did everything to make it right and showed that this company care cares about its customers. I will be ordering through them again.

Shipping & Shirts arrived with no issues; however, it automatically forces you into some monthly subscription without an easy way to get out of it.

It took a little while to arrive at first, but it eventually got here with everything in order. It was the item I wanted—brand new and in good condition. I 100% guarantee it.
