ILLEGAL Return Policy: You have a legal right to a full refund
Warning to all EU and UK buyers: Do not accept their "store credit only" policy. It is completely illegal.
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason at all (as long as the item is unworn/unused). By law, merchants MUST issue a full refund to your original payment method. They cannot legally force you to accept store credit or a voucher just because it's their "internal policy."
In my situation, their behavior was even worse. I bought an item, and they emailed me later to say it was actually OUT OF STOCK. Even though they failed to fulfill the order and broke the contract, they still refused to refund my money and tried to trap my funds in store credit.
Do not waste time arguing with their customer service reps. If you want to return an item, or if they sell you something they don't have, demand your money back. If they say no, immediately file a chargeback with your bank or PayPal. The law is 100% on your side, and your bank will force the refund. Avoid this company!

Reselling another companies product as theirs own ‘creation’
They banned my instagram after commenting ‘better blanks than union kingdom’ a jab at them since they resell union kingdom blanks as theirs. They are frauds, please buy it from the actual place to save yourself 2 to 3 times more money for each purchase.

nearly 2 months waiting to return the product
I asked for a return label for order 3292 on 31st of December, its is now the 22nd of Feb and i have still recived nothing, they have not responded for weeks now and when they did respond they told me to wait patiently and tried to convince me this is normal waiting times.

Company is reselling for 3x the original price
Company is selling products from Union Kingdom for 2-3x the price. I attempted to contact them and was blocked on all platforms.
No attempt at a civil conversation, nor will they address the obvious.
