Beautiful. But the sidelight leaks.

Do not buy Therma-tru fiberglass doors. I had them professionally installed and within 6 months water started coming in my house thru door openings. Mold growing all over on outside of door. Therma-tru will NOT honor 5yr warranty, saying contractor didn't caulk/waterproof door. Contractor did do this at install. Save yourself the trouble & buy a different brand. Therma-tru closed my case with the BBB saying they "responded" to me by denying my claim.

Buyer beware!
I seem to be joining group of very dissatisfied door owners. The reviews tell the true story. Even though both our local 2 big home improvement stores use lifetime warrantees as a sales pitch neither could be further from the truth!
In my case, the lock siezed and the finish faded. A typical problem to be expected with a LOW end product.
I have spoken to the door and window supervisors at both stores. Both were surprised and confused why this company won't stand behind their products.
They have promised to keep the customer first when suggesting which door to buy. Keep those reviews coming! People need to know the Truth.

After my house was broken into, I made the big mistake of buying two Therma-Tru doors from Lowe’s for $14,000. These doors are totally worthless.

Shipping delays were constant with obviously dishonest excuses from the manufacturer.

The three panel French doors are pathetic. The glass panels are different heights, the locking system doesn’t work, construction is extremely sloppy, and materials are cheap,

There is no way anyone inspected these doors before they were shipped and no one at Lowe’s or the installers inspected them before they ripped out my doors so they were forced to partially install them saying they had to be replaced because they were no good.

Lowe’s refuses to refund my money, despite the fact that the doors are deemed garbage by their own inspectors and misrepresented to me when sold.

So bottom line I would never purchase doors again from either of these companies. Don’t risk it it’s not worth it.

DO NOT BUY THERMA TRU doors my entry door to my detached garage rusted completely through the two bottom corners after 5 years of service, Thurm Tru refused to warranty the door. Saying it wasn't installed correctly. They went above and beyond to find a reason to refuse the replacement. Garbage customer service. The conversation I had with "Trent" I could tell it was their intention to refuse it from the get-go.

This company does not stand behind their product. They tell you you have a lifetime warranty, but then they don’t stand behind it. This was an expensive door. I’m a general contractor and never again.

We bought 4 French doors and 2 entry doors for our new house, spent over $22k. All four French doors leaked. On one of the French doors, the glass seal leaked on both sides as well as underneath. The dealer sent the installer 4 times to try and fix them. After the 4th time they finally put in a sill pan as a last resort. We’re waiting to see if that worked! Never will I ever recommend Therma-Tru doors.

Worst Doors ever. Bought both via Lowes. Had problems with both. Lowes contractors installed them. First immediate problem with one door was the (nails) probably driving in by a nail gun in top left corner of the left side of the door frame totally missed connecting with the top board. After several calls by contractor, Lowes, and myself. I finally had to take the door back to Lowes get a replacement and pay all over again just to get another door. Finally, Lowes reimbursed me. Worse experience with the other door. NEVER AGAIN.

We purchased a new fiberglass front door 7-28-17 after noticing the door is rotten on both sides at the bottom contacted the company and was told it was no covered by warranty. I have been involved with construction for over fifty years and have never had anything happen like this before! Will not purchase another one! extremely poor Quality.

I spent 1300 dollars on a fiberglass Therma Tru door that chipped by the lockset within one year. Called for warranty coverage and they said lockset was installed incorrectly so it would not be covered. Lockset was not installed incorrectly it worked great for about one year. Crappy company that doesn't stand behind their expansive junk. I will never buy any Therma Tru products again.

I would like to give them zero stars. The door on my therma tru front door spontaneously broke and I bought a brand new house straight from the builder. It is 1.5 years old with no evidence of tampering at all. I called my builder who is claiming this is not their problem. I called therma tru who said that glass is not covered under warranty unless defective. I said this must be a defect and they should fix it but they said they stand by their door and this must be an exception. Oh so my exceptionally crappy door that shattered is something they won’t stand by. They are an awful company and won’t cover anything even when they are at fault. I am still waiting for the claims person to call me back.
