Company and products are good. Have ordered and use several of them. Good support. Something wrong with their website. Will not open properly for me so cannot see any product. Tried different browsers, spoke to their web support a week ago, no joy. Suspect the Shop interface. Never had this problem in the past

what arrived was not exactly what I needed when i took it out of the box Thermoworks only gives store credit. There is nothing else at the store that I want. The product is never used and should be accepted as a return for money back.

Amazing product. We returned our Meater and got this. Sooooooooo much better it's not even funny. And I am saying that even though, we were unlucky and had a dead probe in the box. As good as the product has been, the company is even better. Meater was a joke, Thermoworks was old school hospitality. Amazing product and even better company.

new device out of box shows “err” instead of temperature. doesn’t work when i actually need it for a planned bbq with my friends. just garbage

We use thermoworks for years in our restaurant and could not be happier with the thermocouple's we use the therma k the bluetooth connectivity and how it works with zenput is awesome.

I have been using Thermoworks products for my entire 25+ career as a professional chef. Both probes and instapens, they have served me well, i only wish the probes were more durable, especially since replacing them can cost more that their receiver. Had one sent defective customer service replaced it immediately. These are the gold standard in commercial kitchens.

I placed a gift order on November 21st and it finally shipped on December 27th. ThermoWorks did not ask me if I still wanted it and they fulfilled my order incorrectly.

I purchased the Thermoworks Signals, which is supposed to be a great device according to all the people they've paid on youtube, but the device is horrendous. It only works on legacy wifi networks and drops connection regularly. I attempted a refund, but once the device is opened no refunds are offered. Terrible decision to get this, stay away.

Har bestilt flere stegetermometrer fra thermoworks.com (i USA). De er superhurtige til at sende det bestilte, svarer på spørgsmål omkring ordren, og for det meste havner pakken i Danmark efter et par dage (ja så går der lige 10-14 dage ekstra når postdanmark skal indover).
