the lightsaber arrived faster than expected, it was really simple to use ,i had a lot of fun playing it and it is a nice collection and decoration

Price and quality of the saber's

Product is sturdy and have a nice feel. The sound effect and colour are awesome.
But packaging could be better. Product was cling wrapped but they just put 3 random sponges that do not fit the product or prevent it from moving around in the box during delivery.
Received the product in good order and thanks for the pen drive free gift.

Build quality was, just ok. Cheap plasticy core with some buttons that don't work on the saber itself. The instructions are generic and don't help at all as to the operation of the saber. It took like an hour to figure out how to just turn it on, now I need to figure out a number of the functions.

Exterior build quality is good, all metal and looks nice. If your looking for a saber id look elsewhere.

The lightsaber got to Mexico in perfect condition, when I bought it the email said it will arrive in a sour 20-25 days and it got before that.

While it took a little longer to receive it, I am happy with this Saber. However, I do have to question the position of the activation button, as it is not accurate to the Revenge of the Sith Version.

Kevin was incredibly helpful in correcting issues with my saber. It is now working wonderfully.

Très bon sabre, un très bon sol qui accompagne parfaitement les mouvements. Seul petit point négatif mais normal, le temps de batterie est trop court (entre 1h et 2h).
J'ai acheté les lames un peu trop longue pour les combats mais j'arrive de plus en plus a les manier donc c'est bon 😁

The covertec wheels looked great and were high quality. It did take a while to ship, but no fault to the seller considering they were made to order as stated in the description. Hardware was included. Overall pleased.

Good saber the Qui Gon ligthsaber was very good. Godd effekts and the Xeno to RGB adapter worked very god. All inn all wery good

Ordering was quick and easy. Sabre arrived much quicker than I expected. On receipt it was well packed, came in a lockable case and the sabre itself is exactly how I wanted it to be in terms of materials and accuracy. I initially had some questions and what I couldn't find in the YouTube tutorials I emailed and got very quick and in depth responses. Really impressed with the service and personal contact. The saber was very sturdy as high quality metal, the smooth swing sound was very realistic and way better than expected! Can’t wait to get my next! And great customer support from my questions on YouTube!

Bought two lightsabers and encountered major issues with one of them (something to do with the activator button on the Anakin Revenge of the Sith replica); other one's been working fine. Got a lot of useful advice and information from the support chat, although I did decide to return the faulty one.

The saber is well done, so as the neopixel blade. The only "flaw" is the blade a bit flimsy when mounted (but it could depend by the the custom blade shape for this particular model maybe).
The app is good but could improve, especially for the bluetoth link that isnt much stable.
Very appreciated the hard case the saber come with.
All in all, a good saber for the price, even if its a pity they dont have euro based stocking and thus there will be custom taxes to pay.
