Second time buying from The Saber Factory

Second time buying from The Saber Factory and everytime it was a 5 Star experience, i was searching for a very specific and hard to find Lightsaber and weeks after my first inquiry they reached out to my by themselves to inform they could provide the saber. Communication was perfect through the whole process and i got the saber pretry fast and wothout any issue. I can only recommend The Saber Factory to anyone searching for quality and top customer service

Baselit to Neopixel change out.

Bought a baselit saber by accident. Emailed with Kevin and he was able to send me out a neopixel modification with blade. Was able to change it out and lightsaber works perfectly!!! Thank you, one of the best saber companies out there!!! Customer service is the BEST!!!

Pefect

Great saber, great quality, beautiful and strong. The only bad thing I can say is the shipment that took a month but everything else is perfect.

Brilliant customer support

There was a slight issue with the hilt turning up damaged during delivery. But the saber factory team got back to me and had a new hilt in the post with in a week.
Great support and great products.

Great product

Great product. I love the dueling sabers I bought. They seem to hold up during sword play and the sound/lights work really well. My only concern was with tracking the shipment. The package completely disappeared from tracking and then randomly showed up at my house 2 days later.

Customer Service = One of the Best

The customer service is impeccable. Kevin, the co-founder of the store, personally assisted me with several questions regarding the product. Regardless me being Deaf handling a product with sounds, they managed to find ways to help me through the process, which was beyond amazing. The product itself was utterly amazing to behold my sight upon and I am more than satisfied with it. The product brought me unspeakable amount of joy and I thank the store for bringing me joy alongside excellent customer service!

Ordered a replica saber, 100% Awesome!

Ordered a replica saber and the process was smooth and easy the actual saber is fantastic. Kevin has a lot of informative videos on YouTube, and his response to emails was immediate and helpful. I would definitely do business with him again. His pricing seemed less than other vendors and in my particular case my saber came from overseas direct from the manufacturer and from when I placed my order, to arriving at my doorstep was insanely quick for shipping to the USA. Also, kudos to DHL for reading delivery instructions. I have zero hesitations I'm doing business with Kevin and I probably will order another saber again before the end of the month since everything's on sale.

Hilt is well made

Hilt is well made. It is a very nice core. The xenopixel sd card was easy to program with starwars fonts.
I also like the stand that came with it and thank you for the hard case.

I’m not here to slander your product

I’m not here to slander your product. I can’t speak for that because you make it a living hell to even get it in the first place. I’ve had to call my bank and change my info 20 different times because it keeps getting flagged as fraud when I try to purchase and even had my card frozen as a result. Idk how you process payments but whatever it is, I’m sure it’s inconvenient for a lot of people and surely there has to be a better method you could explore. And after reading some reviews, I also really don’t appreciate how you decide to go after people who leave negative reviews and make them feel like scum for voicing their opinions. These people trust you to to provide a good product and service for what you charge, and they’re entitled to answers and respect. Just please for the love of god just make payments easier and do some things better.

Hi Sam. I don't make it a living hell, that's a banking issue I'm absolutely also a victim of. That's because my business and your bank are not in the same country and it tends to raise a flag with some cards.

Had you asked me in the chat I would have explained and maybe you'd have found a workaround, sometimes these things get easily sorted by opening your bank app or asking the bank to let the transaction go.

But instead of asking me or considering this wasn't my desire (how could I want to make transactions hard? it's really not productive, please understand I'm more a victim of this than you are) you still come to leave a 1* review and actually take the opportunity to blame me for how I actually humanly react to those type of reviews. The irony here is not lost on me.

I invite you to go back looking at those replies of mine you didn't like and you'll see a common topic: either it comes from people who had an issue and never considered asking for my support (which I absolutely give, you can check the many positive reviews attesting to it), or they ordered an accessory that wasn't compatible with their saber (most often a saber I didn't sell them, and it's well explained in the description). I find it disheartening when it happens like this, but hey... what can I do.

A very non-corporate response might throw you off, it is also why a lot of people felt like being taken seriously when they had issues, You could also read it like this. There's never disrespect when I reply to those bad reviews.

It's ok to have missed an info or need some guidance, that's what I'm here for. So it hurts even more when people buy a coupler for a saber from another brand and leave a 1* as if it was my responsibility (even though I throroughly describe the accessories as being only compatible with my catalog) or those who have an easy issue to fix or something they don't understand and won't even consider coming to ask for help. Probably people are so used of getting abandoned after the buying act... dunno.

Regarding your payment problem, had you come to me on the chat I would have explained that this happens and if you're interested in the details that's because my business is based in France, so then is the card payment processor. And that's not my choice, that's just how it legally works. I do have SEZZLE for USA and Canada that does process payments locally. But for standard credit card payments it is often considered an international transaction that some banks will see as potentially risky and will raise a safety shield on your behalf. Often you can either control this via your banking app, or ask your bank to let it through, or use higher security transaction methods like 3D Secure or Apple Pay which add 2FA safety protocols that usually fare better.

And you're right, it is inconvenient to a lot of people, trust me, I wish it was easier. But I'm no payment processor, it's so out of my control.

My Go To Supplier

I have bought ten lightsabers from The Saber Factory, so obviously I think highly of them. The shipping is a little slower than others from whom I have purchased. However, the customer service is great and the prices are excellent. I have been very happy with each of my lightsabers. The overall value is worth the extra wait time.
