I bought shoes from this site. and they sent me a different color but the same size shoe that wasn't even on the site. and I contacted them. they sent me the color shoe I wanted in just 20 hours. and I told them I now had two shoes. they said "it's our fault so you can have them both"! it's the first time I've ever experienced anything like this! and I'm in shock. shipping speed, customer service and gift! a great site!

I had few good experience with them but…
I had few good experience with them but recent experience was terrible . They use DPD and I was stuck at home all day waiting the parcel as I need PIN code and need the parcel for holiday and if missed today I will be away for 2 weeks so it will go back to them with a chance it will get lost . I didn’t like their delivery service . I paid 12£ for delivery and it has been terrible and useless

I wasnt sure buying online if I would be happy with the item ordered as a gift for my dad. The price was too good to be true. However, I'm so happy I went ahead. The item was exactly as seen online, boxed and in perfect condition. My dad was really happy with it. The delivery was fast amd communication was great.

Your return was delivered to us on Monday afternoon as the warehouse was closing. We tried to refund you yesterday (Wednesday 11am) but as you have opened a case with paypal our system is not allowing us to. We have processed the refund in paypal.
We’re sorry to hear you found the refund process frustrating. As we explained over email, we do inspect returns. Your refund was issues just over a day after we recieved your return.

Bizarre. Ordered a blazer and some trousers
Ordered a blazer and some trousers. Blazer has a few pulls and bobbles - doesn’t look new even though it has labels. But the real problem is the trousers. Completely unfinished. Several inches too long with no hem, just a raw edge. Never had this when ordering direct from Paul Smith. Is this stuff genuine? Maybe better to pay for them to be finished rather than risk issues with returns, based on other reviews. Will you pay for the alterations if I prove the issue with photos?
