I ordered pants back in July through their store listed on the Shop App. I have yet to receive the pants 3 months later. When I reported the issue to Shopify, kenyuniverse sent an email to me stating the pants will be shipped out within the next week. This email was back on 09/18/2023. It is almost the middle of October and I still have not received my Seven pants. I just want my item or my money back. Advertising for a bunch of preorders and not fulfilling the customers orders (and then on top of that, stringing us along with a bunch of lies) is not how you do business. Their new shop is seventharkive and I will never order from these people again! This has been a pain!

i have ordered from here twice, both times as preorders so the process was long which is to be expected. they always updated on the progress and we’re fully transparent if they faced any issues or delays. they often do instagram q&as where they usually answer any questions i have. love their designs and am always impressed with the quality. definitely one of my favorite fanmade bts shops!

Receive my orders very fast and they were so lovely that I could barley contain my excitement to wear them. Will definitely be purchasing from this shop again!

I have bought from Kenyuniverse since the start of 2021; overall, I have accumulated 3 BE themed Crewnecks, 3 Zip-up Hoodies (MYG, KNJ, and Eternal). I saw the big sale going on, and splurged on four new pieces, since the massive price drops really balanced out the international shipping cost. Agust D Jeans: I love them. As a woman, it’s the biggest pockets I’ve ever had on trousers, and that includes my work uniform, which enamoured me so much I sent an email to Kenyuniverse thanking them for the decision. The pattern is striking, and I’ve already had compliments on them from people, even those who don’t know BTS. Hobipalooza Crop Top: Absolutely love the dangly strings, and I can’t wait to dance in it. It’s a short crop top, but that matches my expectation set by the picture. Good soft texture, definitely true to the advertised 100% cotton. Indigo Hoodie: This is a fantastic quality hoodie, it puts the stuff in high street shops to shame. It’s lovely and warm, and will be seeing a lot of use once summer is over. SUGA Vouge Top: Looks exactly like what the digital mock up promised.

Since none of my items were preorders they were shipped extremely fast, around 3 days over the weekend, which I found extremely impressive.

Overall, I have had excellent customer experience with the Kenyuniverse team. When I have preordered in the past, the communication was always open, and there were plenty of updates if the supplier had to change something - eg the embroidery on the back of a hoodie being switched to print. They sent me a lovely email in reply when I left them feedback.

I would recommend, and I will likely buy again in the future.

I was wondering when my order was arriving and emailed the seller. They gave me a quick reply and helped me check my order. When I received my order, I was very impressed by the material and design of the jacket. It was worth the money and time spent anticipating for my order! :)

I use this bag in the regular. it’s so well made and i get compliments from non-army who think it’s so cute. the low key merch is on point 💜

The pants looked amazing and were comfortable. I even wore them to the BTS exhibition in LA and I got so many compliments. I WOULD BUY EVERYTHING IN THIS STORE.

This brand! This company is my favorite by far when it comes down to buying BTS fan made Merch! I’ve own 10 of their items and will be buying more soon like hella soon! My parents ordered the indigo set for Christmas, but they were too big 2xl :( I was sad nonetheless but I reached out to see if they could exchange for a smaller size s/m. (Please double check the size chart, they do not make exchanges a normal thing.) Thankfully they were able to help with the exchange and although it took a while, I am so happy with my order! I truly recoment the indigo set. Just a heads up, the sweatpants are not 5'2" friendly >.< they do fir quite long, so for my tall friends you will have no issue with these sweats! I will be having my mom cut a bit from the bottom so they won't drag as much.
