​⭐☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience — Wrong Order & Short Refund
​Terrible experience from start to finish. They ruined the customization on my jersey, offered no apology, and ignored my basic questions on WhatsApp. After countless follow-up messages and phone calls to send the item back, they actually refunded less money than what was owed to me. What an awful lot to deal with. I’m taking the loss just to be done with them forever. Avoid buying from here.

Got sports shirts from them. they were of really good quality and worth the wait. I loved the delivered shirts.

We ordered our Canadian Nationals Cricket Club uniforms as well as customized Pakistan uniforms from Shoppies, and the quality was amazing. The material, stitching, printing, colours and overall finish were all done really well, and the uniforms looked even better in person.

What we appreciated most was their customer service. With customized orders, sometimes small faults can happen, but Shoppies made sure any issues we had were taken care of and corrected properly. They were helpful throughout the process and made sure we were satisfied with the final product.

Overall, we had a great experience with Shoppies. Great quality, great customization and, most importantly, they stand behind their work and take care of their customers. Definitely recommend them for custom cricket and team uniforms!

I have been buying from them since 2019 and they never disappoints me, I have now 5 shirts and the quality is improving each time. Best store in Pakistan for football and cricket shirts with home delivery

I had placed an order for 4 football jerseys on 26th July 2026, and confirmed the order and recieved an email of confirmation on the same day. it was stated that the order would be delivered in 2-3 days, but till now, today, it is 14th august 2026, the order has still not been delivered to my address. i have tried to contact the company on whatsapp, instagram, and have emailed on their stated gmail address, but experienced very poor conversation on whatsapp and instagram, and no response on mail. i have also tried calling them and out of the several times i called, they only picked up once, and said that one of the shirts was out of stock, and it would be restocked that day and delivered to me in the next 2-3 days. still i do not have my order with me. I also asked for a tracking slip, they sent me a courier slip with the tracking id, but after checking the courier website and contacting the courier themselves, i was informed by the courier company that the shoppies hadnt even handed my order to the courier yet, and it is still that same way. I did not hope i would face such dissapointment from this company, Bad Review.

I ordered a few shirts on 21 July 2026. Communication went smoothly at the start – they were always available and really friendly.

As soon as the prepayment had been transferred, the problems began; after a week, there were no replies to my messages, either on WhatsApp or by email.
When you message them several times a day, the reply is that it will be dispatched in 2–3 days. If you then wait 2–3 days, you get the same reply.
If you follow up again, the reply comes with a picture of a possible shipping label. If you go to the courier’s website, ‘Leopards’, the details are registered but the items haven’t been dispatched. The courier also confirms that they never actually received the parcel; it was merely registered.

This delivery timeframe was very important to me, as the shirts need to be sent to Germany. I could have given them to someone to take there. But I missed that opportunity. Now I have another chance for the items to make it to Germany, but there’s no sign of success.

If the goods have not reached me by Friday 7 August 2026, I will lodge a complaint via the authorities and the State Bank of Pakistan.

You are at fault, and I will not let this go.

They havent sent my order or given me a refund for over a month now, not replying to calls or messages or emails, when you leave a review on their page, they delete it, just got scammed of 5k.

Ordered customized jerseys and paid in full. No response from the shop and still awaiting for delivery even after lapse of more than 15 days

placed my order and on 18 July I received a shipment slip from The Shoppies. However, the tracking number did not show any tracking details. After sending the slip, the company did not respond to my messages or provide any update. I contacted them multiple times but received no proper reply. Based on my experience, their customer service and communication were very disappointing. I hope they improve their support and provide accurate tracking information to customers

Extremely disappointing! I recommend not to order from here. I placed my order month ago, and the payment was deducted but there was no confirmation msg. I contacted them multiple times on whatsapp, instagram, mail but there was no response. When the delivery finally came after a month the guy said payment is not made. And they wont pick your call to resolve your issue

They WERE good with their service 1-2yrs ago but now just trash. Ordered 3 shirts (not customized) which took 3 weeks to get delivered (that too to Isb). Then one of the shirt was of wrong size. Asked them to change it, no response despite sending them 20-30+ msgs for 8-10 days before I got CAN YOU SHARE YOUR ISSUE, MAIN DEVICE IS NOT ABLE TO ACCESS OLD MSGS...had to keep msging them 10-15 days again with no response..then replied with HAVE YOU SENT THE SHIRT BACK? like wth?? Instead of saying sorry or smth, first thing you say is this? Rubbish service..They had great potential but will be remain L till they improve their customer service..they won't get back to you unless you keep calling+msging them for 10-15 days atleast..it's better to get it from somewhere else where even if it costs you Rs100-500 more, it's better rather than just overthinking if you'll get the right order or not, will they respond back when will I get my order etc, I'm not going back to this place and also taking away 4-5 other friends or their clients away from them..PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM...

Bought some shirts and they were of very good quality
Delivery service is also very fast and reliable

I have ordered 3 shirts and paid 50% advance for those. Its been a month now, they dont pick the call , no or wage response on the whatsapp . No confirmation yet when i will receive my delivery.

Seems Scammers, or they are bot ready to commit to anything.

too much worst experience ever, i paid online immediately after placing an order but the company did not sent any confirmation email or msg, the replies were too late also on delivery day the rider asked for COD (cash on delivery) even though i have paid it online, they didn't even update their payment status or something else, disappointingly i have to returned the order, after that i contact them again about payment status but same thing delaying whole 1 day they replied just OK and some after their female customer server send the voice note "that order went for delivery but you had returned it" seriously disgusting service ever

​I ordered the France football shirt in size 13-14, but I urgently need to exchange it for a Size Medium. The package has already arrived, but it does not fit.
​I have been trying to contact the team to arrange an exchange, but nobody is answering my WhatsApp messages or attending my phone calls. It is incredibly frustrating to be completely ignored after spending money with you.
​Please contact me immediately to arrange a return and send out the Size Medium shirt. Highly disappointed with the communication.
