I ordered a birthday gift from my brother, despite the money being taken from my account, it never arrived. No delivery tracking information worked, I emailed the company, was told they didn't know what had happened but a replacement would be sent by express delivery. Still hasn't arrived and since this point despite emailing and using their chat function I have had no further response or update.

Very disappointing

TLDR: No order fulfilment, ignoring customer contact across all channels of communication. Reading the reviews here, it looks like this is a common issue.
I bought a £40 bundle of books online via their website, which included Royal Mail 1st class delivery. After 1.5 weeks I reached out to find out what’s happening with my order. I contacted them on email, phone, social media DMs and got no response. I waited another 1.5 weeks and then tried calling again and couldn’t reach them. I started posting comments on their social media posts: “I am trying reach you about an order, please contact me”. The owner Sam Carr would delete my posts as soon as I submitted them. Only after persisting with commenting across Tik Tok, Facebook etc, Sam emailed me back claiming that they had received stock earlier in the week and were working through it. I was happy at the time and was supportive. I contacted them again a week later asking for an ETA and I got no response. I waited two weeks from there and still no order and no response. I sent a final email saying that I have no other option but to contact trading standards. It has now been a month and a half since I paid for my order so they were happy to open a case. My bank is also now investigating.

I placed an order about a month ago and there was a lack of communication on the status of my order. Since bringing this to their attention, the owner of the shop has reached out to apologise on the phone and issue me a refund. They’ve also sent out another book protector as my initial order has not yet arrived via Evri and is presumed lost. I am happy with the outcome and willing to give this shop a second chance, as I am confident that the issues have been addressed. Thank you.

Disappointed that wasn’t kept up to date on dispatch date. Took nearly 2 weeks for my order to arrive. When it arrived, poor packaging - could have been presented better. No information about the product or the company received with the item. Looked like it had just come off a shelf from Amazon!

It’s the best book pouch, the Snugbook people are golden, delivery takes a while. Delay is the least important part for me. Trustpilot solicits reviews after a week, by which time a lot of people only seem able to say ‘nothing’s here’. If it asked for an opinion at two weeks, you’d have to be seriously unlucky not to have it by then, and you’d have had time to live with the product. Prominent warnings on the Snugbook website to explain delivery time is currently up to 10 days or whatever would help. I bought a larger pouch and might get a smaller one as well.

Order never arrived and no response to email requesting refund.

Great product. Feels good quality, and the printing is high quality too. Delivery took an entire week, but they do state that on the website so can't really complain.

The book cover looks brilliant, just what I need. I still haven't received my order so I can't comment further. Not very happy, over a week since I ordered and no sign of it, nor any idea when it might despatch.

I have about 3 different types of journals I write in daily, and often have to move around quite a bit. Wanted something to protect them and make them easier to carry around, and I tried almost every book sleeve or bag out there, and this is easily the best product! I tried a lot of other similar products (including Etsy items or cheaper ones) and they always had a glaring issue: the closures were not very secure, the material was flimsy, the item fell apart quickly, and it just didn't do what I wanted: protect books. The Snugbook I got is really well made, sturdy, padded, the zipper is sealed, and I can fit all 3 journals in the small one! Was so impressed I ended up getting the large Azul travel envelope as well which is so functional and beautiful! Customer service has been amazing as well, helping me pick the right product and answering all my questions... and I had a LOT. Over several days. And then after I got the item as well. I can't say they're short on patience! Very happy that my journals will be kept alive a bit longer with this :)

Great product! Protects your books when you're out and about. Should be advertised and sold in every bookstore!

The order was easy to place and did not take long to get to Australia.

Took a while to arrive, but the product is really spot on and well made. Exactly what I wanted. It can hold an A5 note book and two good size books easily. Made a perfect present for a bookworm who works a way every week.

I purchased the The Travel Book Envelope and I cannot wait to travel at the beginning of November. It is big enough to get the whole family's passports in as well as all the other travel documents we have-including vaccination certificates and a pen for all those visa forms. Great service and great quality.
