Great service!
I ordered my snugbook in December 2021 over the Christmas period. It was easy to order over the website. After a week I still hasn’t received my snugbook or had any confirmation of order but the money had left my account but I put this down to it being Christmas time. I emailed the lovely people at snugbook and they got back to me quickly they also resent out my snugbook and received this within a few days. The snugbook it’s self is amazing and keeps my books completely safe. I have no worries about carrying my books around with me!

Large Snugbook
I ordered a Snugbook and am delighted with my purchase. I ordered the large size so I could fit hardback books as well as paperbacks. It is extremely well made - very good quality. It did take a little while to come, but I e-mailed the company to ask about it and they were very helpful and attentive.

First order was placed back in January…
First order was placed back in January on Not on the High Street for this item, nothing arrived so chased after the expected delivery date - no response after several attempts and they even ignored support messages from NOTHS.
Tried ordering direct, no dispatch, chased again and finally came back to me with some excuse about issues with Royal Mail and lots of orders going missing. Whilst that may be partly true it doesn't take 3 weeks to respond to an email or advise a customer what is going on.
Still no item & really wouldn't have bothered with second order if it wasn't want my daughter asked for! VERY POOR!!

Bought the travel envelope and love it!
Bought the travel envelope to use for taking my books around in my bag. It’s so cool! I love the travel theme with all of the country stamps. The quality is amazing and seems durable and long lasting. Would purchase again!
