Ordered caffeine pouches and nicotine. Arrived quickly and in good nick well presented and all perfect, unfortunately they did give me one of the wrong pouches but its not a flavour i mind anywho would reccomend 👍

If you are ordering from the United States. Update: I have heard back from the Snus Life, and they are very disappointed in my review! Not only did I receive two phone calls within two hours of posting my review, Sophie from Customer service sent me an email a day later and offered to refund my shipping….If “I TAKE DOWN” my negative post! I will not be taking down my post, because this is an actual honest account of what happened! Obviously this company cares more about their image than an “dumb” customer like me. Their mistake!!
***Beware, USPS says it is illegal to ship nicotine through their mail system!!!

Used the website before and never had any problems with it but this time I ordered a pot of Pablo bubblegum and by the day it was supposed to arrive I got an email telling me my order had been cancelled due to it not being in stock even though I had ordered it 5 days prior however I did get it changed via email by Sophie was very helpful with it all and the new pot arrived by the time she said it would
Will still use the website again though

I placed a massive order of about 45 cans of pouches and my package went MIA and was sent back to the sender after about waiting 20 days for it to arrive to the U.S. Sophie over at customer support was very professional as I addressed the issue and sent me a replacement package right away. Highly recommend working with this customer service if you have any issues

Ordered on 12/27/25, received on 1/7/26. Package was exactly correct. Tried some new flavors like apres banana and snooze grape strawberry. Both phenomenal! Will order again!

My order was placed November 18 2025 As of January 2nd I have not received my package this is the second package they send out and I have not received. They use USPS as a delivery partner and both packages have been lost by them. Buyer beware use only trusted website when buying snus product

i had a issue with my local shipping and the customer service via email was absolutely amazing. they were super helpful and helped out super quickly. Sophie was there to help.

A recent order from Snus Life never arrived and was returned to the sender for an unknown reason. I assume it was a USPS/customs issue. I reached out to Sophie with Snus Life and she gave me credit for another order, and even took into account that my previous order was discounted because of a promo. A++ to Sophie for quick responses and exceptional customer service!

Sophie and the customer support team are amazing! I messed up the address on my order and she was able to quickly remedy the situation and get everything sent to the right place.

I ordered from here a couple of months ago and it took about 10 business days to receive items. I put in an order in November and it got lost in the mail. I reached out and the customer service is working with me to get another order. in store credit or a refund.
