I ordered from here a couple of months ago and it took about 10 business days to receive items. I put in an order in November and it got lost in the mail. I reached out and the customer service is working with me to get another order. in store credit or a refund.

My favorite website to purchase snus products from. Easy delivery and customer service is very helpful.

Unfortunate that my shipping keeps getting delayed but I know it’s not their fault as they helped me very much to get an update on my order what’s going on and helping me get store credit for the unshipped items. Rickey and Sophie were amazing help and emailed me back almost daily when I was having issues with my orders

Im working in Utqiağvik, Alaska, the end of the earth. I order packages in bulk and for some reason the package was returned. Sophie was very professional in handling my issue and had another package in delivery the same week I notified Snuslife of the problem. Thank you Sophie!

Had a shipping mix up and Sophie was able to solve it for me immediately and go out of her way to make sure I was being comped fairly so I could get my original order back without hassle to me!

My package experienced quite a long delay. But when i contacted customer service they were very responsive and willing to help. Very kind people that were willing to help. Will definitely be ordering again!

I have absolutely loved buying from The Snus Life. They have always been super quick to ship out and receive my items within a week. Unfortunately, the USPS had some issues and I was not able to receive my recent order. The customer service team has been very helpful and even offered me a full refund. They always answer quickly, are very friendly and always work to find a solution. They are one of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I really appreciate their help and will be trying to place another order soon!

Ricky was able to get all my problems sorted and and he actually cares about the outcome of our orders and our satisfaction. They worked well with helping me with my order since there was a technical difficulty, but in the end they had really great service and were very straight forward with helping me fix my issue. Would fosure buy from again!

Would recommend anyone to get your snus from Thesnuslife, I’ve used this company for roughly 6 years and they are always great. Just want to mention Ricky for his great customer service and help provided.

Great company
However took way too long for delivery and communication was near to none. However when spoken to by Ricky he made amends and sorted everything out.

Ricky has been absolutely helpful throughout my delayed package. We both came to agreements and sure enough I waited a little bit longer and my package will be here this week. Ricky you deserve 10 stars for the communication and just outright best service
