I did my research between these guys and others, had a meeting at their Cheltenham office to outline proposal, they turned up for surveys when the said they would, installation went to plan at the end of April. Mid August now with what we are selling back to the grid and our very low bills we are making money each month. It’s simply a no brainer especially alongside the heat pump all ready installed when we bought the house, payback is even covering our water rates it’s as close as you will get to living off grid.

Outstanding from start to finish. They deliver what they say they will do and after sales support is second to none. Total professional and high level of integrity and trust. I would not hesitate to use or recommend. All staff are totally accesible and respond quickly.

First rate service from inital contact right through to completion. No hard sell, just all the facts you need and then as much time as you need to consider the information. There is a named contact who is there to answer any questions you may have. The teams, from office, roofers & electricians, were all good time keepers, polite, conscientious & considerate, they all knew their trades and worked well with each other. After the full installation I was walked through the app, from downloading to what it tells me. I am more than happy to recommend The Solar House if you are considering having solar panels & battery installed.

The Solar House does exactly what they promote on social media. I contacted them, arranged a meeting, they explained everything clearly answered questions on every level and followed up with a quote. No hard sales during or after the meeting. After requesting a survey, again with no pressure on progressing with a purchase the survey confirmed there would be no installation issues and no additional cost. Installation was scheduled to my preference and was completed without any issues, scaffolding installation the day before and installation completed in less than a full day. Cannot fault the consumer approach or the level of service would highly recommend them

Right from the first contact, our experience with The Solar House was first class.
The initial meeting was very informative and a no pressure environment (in fact Wayne and Dan recommended that we get in contact with other providers to compare against their proposal).
Once we decided that the proposal they suggested was the one we wanted to pursue, the survey conducted by Sean was great, he turned up as arranged, was again very informative and it didnt take long at all to get the necessary information.
The actual work was carried out a few weeks later and again, was excellent in how it was handled. Initially we were told it would be a two day job but we were enjoying the solar energy from the system within the day and the system is bringing all the benefits and more that were part of the proposal.
All in all, I would thoroughly recommend The Solar House to anyone looking at getting a solar system.

We had a commercial install as part of a charitable project involving many suppliers. Wayne at the Solar House planned, designed and ensured our needs as a club were factored in to the install. The project management was superb and all the tradesmen and suppliers were coordinated perfectly. A big job done in 2 days. Thank you gents. The Solar House were amazing from start to finish. We were given good advice and allowed to go through the process and make decisions at our own pace. We have had solar, battery storage and an EV charger installed. We were given multiple choices of how and where the units could be installed. The Installation has been very professionally done and we are very happy with the cleanliness and look. The software and apps were explained in detail which has helped us minimise our energy bills.
I would highly recommend the very professional staff at the Solar House if you are looking to install solar.

From start to finish the whole process great, installers were polite punctuational and took time to explain how it all works.

From start to finish everything was dealt with fantastically. From getting the quotes, to popping into the office for a chat to go through my quotes. When I agreed to the installation under the Green Homes Wales scheme and once the finance was in place everything was up and running. From paying the deposit to installation it was done within a couple of weeks and project managed so I didn't have to worry about arranging anything. I was kept informed of what the process would be and what would be happening throughout and was given a proper handover by the installation team and the project manager afterwards when I received the handover pack.
The system (solar panels and battery storage) is now up and running and has been working well even on duller days.

No pressure, clear explanations, quick efficient installation. have already recommended this firm to my clients.

Dan is true to his ethos of no pressure selling, no wild promises, his prices and estimated time scale was on point.
When the project started communication from Kate was excellent, the scaffolding company were polite considerate and helpful. Electricians and roofers were top class, we could not have asked any more from anybody, thank you!

Dan couldn't have been more helpful during my two visits to Solar House. He answered all my questions gave me lots of time, never rushed me and at no time did I feel pressurised to buy.  Being able to visit Solar House enabled me to view the various proposals that Dan had put together for me and to see a visual representation of how my proposed solar system would work. Very happy with the system installed by The Solar House in October. Even though the weather has been very dull for most of the time, we are still generating impressive amounts of electricity!
Very easy process with excellent communication throughout from our initial dealings with Wayne in the showroom and subsequent visits from the fitting teams who were all very professional and knowledgeable.
The after care has been excellent and we feel very well supported with their help in setting up the system with our electricity supplier.

From first consultation to the final fit the team were excellent, knowledage and patient. Very helpful in aiding us in making decisions and not pushing us to add more. The team fitting the equipment were efficient and respectful. The after care has also been great and if you need to call for any reason to ask a question they actually pick up the phone and answer!
