I ordered yesterday, i need to approve the proof, i am unable to do so, i get an error message.

UPDATE:
I finally got customer service to actually give me answers and get it resolved. I received my stickers and they were great! I would've gave 5 stars but the lack of the customer service part and having to keep messaging before getting is resolved was still an issue. I've had stuff lost in the mail before, and other companies helped me and took care of it right away. That being said, the cost & quality of the stickers was amazing! I'm undecided if I will re-order from this company though because of my experience with customer service.

I never received my stickers as part of my address was missing when the order was shipped. My order was delivered back to sticky brand and they were supposed to ship it back out. The customer service help emails seemed automated, and were no help at all.

Customer service is lacking no response to a simple shipping address change. Which is keeping me from approving proofs.

Another great product, and I made another order today....

Web site had many pictures to illustrate options. Liked that there were so many choices.

I have tried other sticker companies but none come remotely close to Sticky Brand. They are head and shoulders above everyone in speed, quality and customer service!

I placed an order and, a few hours later, wanted to add something. I contacted them about it and got a response within about a day that I could not now combine orders. So I had to pay almost $9 in shipping fees twice. Honestly feel like customer service could have been more helpful. I do think they're good quality stickers, and I like their deals in general.

It was easy to navigate the website. I’ve ordered from Sticky Brand before and like the quality. I look forward to seeing my new stickers and hope they arrive in time!

Purchased numerous times, had one issue with an order and can’t get a response in regard to it. Very frustrating as it was delivered to the wrong address and I’ve reached out through every avenue thus far looking for a solution. Instead I’ve had zero response over it.
