I order these stickers routinely because they are a good value for small quantities.

It is annoying however, that with EVERY order I am sent a proof for the wrong size.

Even with leaving a note, it is disregarded every time.

When ordering it said 3 -5 business days with paying extra for shipping. I ordered on Sunday night. On Thursday it shipped and said I would have it Monday. The event was Saturday. I paid double in shipping for expedited and no where did it say they needed 4 days to get the order processed. I could of gone to Staples and had these done the very day I ordered.

Ordering was easy and the price competetive, I will reserve final comment until I get the stickers and ensure the quality is as expected, but so far so good.

3 months later and have not received anything. They have not responded or reached out at all.

I’ve ordered from sticky brand multiple times. I love the product every time.

I appreciated the option to get a rush shipping of three business days during my checkout process however, once I paid the extra $16 and got my confirmation it looks like I’ve got a shipping window of 3 to 5 business days which is not what I agreed to pay for. I have deadlines and need this within three business days so I find it very misleading to say one thing during the checkout process another thing during the confirmation of the order.

Only half the order arrived, we had stickers and magnets on order. Only half the order (stickers) arrived a week later than expected and what was communicated. These were for an event, so now we have 500 dated stickers and are missing the magnets. The registration marks were off on printing so a lot of the text looks "doubled" and soft.

I ordered stickers for my business for an event. Knowing that I had just under two weeks to get them in time, I paid for rush printing (3 business days) and UPS 2-day shipping. This would have had my stickers to me 3 days before leaving for my event. I received a shipping notification with a tracking number showing that they were going to arrive even sooner than expected. By the time the deliver date came, I checked the tracking number and it showed that only the label had been printed and they still had not been shipped. I reached out to the company daily by phone and email and never managed to get a person to respond to me. Terrible service and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Complete waste of money and I wasn't able to have my product for the event it was needed for.

I emailed about a 3 stickers which were printed poorly from two orders (#763709 and #578322). two were from the older order, 578322 and one from a very recent order, 763709.

I understand the two from the older order will not be reprinted. No problem there. BUT

I was told a reprints would be processed on September 4th and now we are at September 21st and I cannot get a straight answer from the agent I have been working with on whether the reprint has been processed.

I truly need the sticker "Mainstreet America - Farmington, MI" for an event on October 1st, and I HAVE NO IDEA IF IT IS BEING REPRINTED.

I have ordered many stickers from StickyBrand and most have been perfect.

The customer service is not great.

Please respond and tell me when I can expect the reprinted decal from Order #763709.

This was my first time buying stickers like this, it was really easy. The stickers look great, and the test of the first one on my much abused water bottle is going well.

Their stickers are the best! I am an artist—so I’m picky about color & quality.
