Cool administrators, cheap and very good quality

We really like the house and we think that is pretty good. The treatment was very good and we feel pretty comfortable in the house.

I was looking for a room in Liverpool as soon as possible and friends of mine recommended Roy. It's been great communicating with him and he works fast and well. There haven't been any problems and he's been very accommodating and friendly.
If you need a place to live, I would definitely recommend The Student Nest.

I have had only pleasant experience with The Studen Nest.☺️ Roy clarified and helped me with everything I needed. The houses, he offers, are very beautiful. I wish, I knew about The Student Nest earlier.

Avoid!!!
The company has a CCJ against them however they have still refused to pay what they owe me. My profile picture shows the CCJ they have.
If you got to trustonline or any other company search website you will be able to see the CCJ they have under realnest investments which own student nest.
They have tried to have my post removed numerous times, however I have shown trust pilot all the evidence requested including the CCJ letter which is still unpaid!

Parfait! Je dois effectuer un séjour de 4 mois à Liverpool, trouver un logement est loin d'être facile! Toutefois The Student Nest m'a vraiment beaucoup aidé, en répondant à mes nombreuses questions. Grâce à eux je pars beaucoup plus tranquille! :)

It was really easy to move in. The room is nice and comfortable and the landlord was always friendly, helpful and very understanding. We are happy to be here and would always come back.

A very kindful people who takes care of you and give you all facilities to all you need. Very confortable place and with all you need and when you need it.

I recomend it for all erasmus or people from other countries because they understand the troubles that you have to find a location and help you giving you time to do all arrangements.

Quest'anno Sono arrivata a liverpool ad agosto per rimanere fino a dicembre, mi sono trasferita qui per lavoro e quando sono arrivata da brava italiana del sud mi sembrava tutto molto grigio, il tempo, la gente insomma tutto.
Ma grazie a STUDENT NEST ho conosciuto buoni amici che condividono la casa con me.
La nostra casa in Fareham road 3 e' calda, accogliente e sicura.
Ha una grande cucina con una piccola sala living dove si puo' passare un po' il tempo guardando la tv o semplicemente cenare o pranzare.
Le camere sono accoglienti e molto grandi.
Roy il nostro SuperLandlord dal primo momento ha sempre accontentato le nostre richieste per farci sentire come a casa, anche se a volte casa e' lontana.
Nessun fastidio, nessun ritardo, contratti di affitto molto regolari.
Correttezza e trasparenza sono gli aggettivi per descrivere STUDENT NEST
A dicembre il mio lavoro qui sara' terminato ma la verita' e' che mi dispiace andare via...
Qui mi sono sentita davvero a casa....

Friendly landlord, excellent rooms and houses, very understanding.
Definitely the people to speak with if you need a place to stay in Liverpool

The house had a modern finish and was warm in the winter and was good value for money. The neighbours were very friendly and helpful. When there were construction issues within the property the landlord was understanding and these issues were always resolved. I enjoyed my time at the property with the student nest.

I run my own cleaning business in Liverpool and have been completing work for Roy from Student nest on his rental properties in Liverpool for nearly a year now. I can honestly say that this landlord goes to great lengths to ensure that their properties are well maintained and are a good quality for all tenants. They organise and complete all repairs as soon as possible. They are also really good at paying invoices sent to them. All my invoices are usually paid within a few days of me sending them.

I had a lovely time in this apartment that was close to the city center. My room was big and bright, landlord was always willing to help and reachable by email or phone. Need to move to be closer to my current workplace.

I've been working on the plumbing systems of the student nest properties and I'm impressed with the high standard of work that goes towards providing the students the best possible accommodation
