Excellent communication and customer service
So far, my experience has been excellent. I wanted to highlight how great the communication and customer service have been throughout the process. The team has been responsive, professional, and very easy to work with. They’ve made everything feel clear and smooth, and that really gives confidence when placing a custom order.
What has stood out most to me is how attentive and helpful they’ve been. Good communication makes a huge difference, especially when you’re trying to bring a specific vision to life, and they’ve done a wonderful job making the experience feel comfortable and well handled from the start.
I really appreciate the time, patience, and support they’ve shown so far, and I’m looking forward to receiving the final product.

This is a professional review from another business. This is my first time working with this company and it has been quite a disappointing fiasco. There was never any email with a receipt or confirming your order which should have been my first clue to the impending disaster. I had two orders going at the same time and this one random employee kept emailing me saying a font size needed to be adjusted and then wanted to charge me more money for a larger patch since I said they could not adjust the logo. I paid the extra and then got another emailing trying to charge me more money. This went back and forth for a few days messing up my timeline for when I needed the product and ultimately resulted in a phone call to their place in Ontario. The guy sounded like he was going to help me and I told him this person keeps sending me information and wanting more money. I refused to send more money and said I already paid once and you guys keep switching things up. They finally got it organized and now both orders are going to be late. I keep getting emails that say good news were shipping on this date and then a day later sorry production slowed down and now its not shipping for a few more days. Honestly this experience has been a nightmare and I have no idea how anyone rates this company with high marks. Probably just a bunch of bots.

I submitted an order for rush and paid nearly 2x for this because the company said they could deliver them in time. Then they changed the delivery time multiple times and refused to allow me to cancel because they were "in production" even though the delivery date couldn't be honored. So now I have a bunch of patches that I don't need. This company is really just a direct from China agent.
The challenge coin starting Sept 2025 to Feb 2026
Asides from starting the challenge coin back in Sept 2025, going thru 6 customer service representatives, nit picking on small cost and dealing with no contact from some incompetent design team for approvals… On January 2026 a wonderful representative Pelumi Ogunbiyi contacted me. Finally almost having to start all over we went back to my original design with some minor correction step by step, interpreting the changes to the design team (again) to approving the completion for delivery 2/13/2026. What a long unfortunate journey being ready for my club anniversary dinner end of Feb. Thank you Pelumi!
For new customers thinking of the Studio products I would recommend starting 6 months before you really need it.
I gave this a 4 stars for the end product and Plumi. No stars for the frustrating others.
Such a wildly incompetent ride to order a few patches…
Such a wildly incompetent ride to order a few patches. The salesperson screwed up what I believe was a simple order at every step of the way. I had the designs in a PDF, provided colors in hex code, provided quantities and sizes. It should have been foolproof but literally at each step he surprised me with how he was able to mess things up. With a finale of a 2 month ship date announced only AFTER placing the order. A two week timeline was advertised all along.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I have been working on ordering a very simple patch for over 3 months and the initial quality was so bad that I had to reject the sample. After they reworked it and finally showed something acceptable, I was told the order wouldn't be here for 2 1/2 months from those revisions (5 months in total!). If you need something in less than 5 months, steer clear of the Studio!
Bait and switch
I was ordering a woven patch for an event on Valentine's Day. We selected The Studio because their delivery estimate was February 2-5. Perfect for us to have it over a week before the holiday. We made the order, we soon got contacted for an upcharge, we paid that, I offered to forgo the sample to make sure we had enough time (big risk to us) they took us up on that. And then suddenly our SHIP date changes to February 14th. Not even our delivery date. So we would completely miss the holiday. This was the only reason we chose them - we passed on cheaper alternatives, and the delay in telling us the true ship day meant we couldn't get them done anywhere in time, thus killing the entire promotion. When I told them this, they said they would only refund 40% of the order, even though it was their fault. Don't use this company for anything important.

I placed an order in November 2025, subsequently paid for it and it's January 01/20/26, and my order has still has not arrived and they keep sending me emails to approve the sample/mock, which by the way was approved by 12/16/25 and I was given a delivery date of 01/07/26. WHERE ARE MY ITEMS?? No one has bothered to contact me in regards to my missing paid student ambassador pins. Had I know this company would be sooo terrible I would have used another company!!! I keep reaching out and no one answers or even responds. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Aggressive Contact
I was looking for a company to order patches through 2 weeks ago and checked out The Studio online. Since then I have received countless texts, emails and phone calls. I have kindly asked them to stop contacting me and they haven't. It has been incredibly aggressive and their calls in the morning have been waking me up. I have blocked their number and am still being called and getting texts. This is my last resort. Please rethink how often you are contacting people.

Probably the worst company on the…
Probably the worst company on the entire planet. They botch 90% of the orders we have given them. The agents (who are just call center employees with the ones that speak better English having supervisor positions) none of these people understand the first thing about manufacturing, file making, or basically anything that has to do with the products that the company makes. On one order you might deal with 10 different people no one having any frame of reference of your company or your products. They sent products to the wrong addresses, can’t update new addresses when asked multiple times, and all of the deals are riddled with mistakes. We recently bought some hangtags from them that they claim to be a particular thickness and showed up maybe half of what the thickness was on the hangtags that they charged us for. We literally could’ve made these cheap hangtags for under 200. Instead we had to pay them 500 to be misled. If you’re considering trusting your passion project to this brand, I would recommend researching other manufacturers.
Great help
This is the fourth time I have had "challenge" coins made here.
Every order was procured with the design team help using chat or phone.
Each time I "talked" to a team member, they were very courteous and helpful and when the conversation was finished I had a positive feeling.
My designs were somewhat complicated but the team never missed a beat and it seemed effortless although I am sure skills had something to do with that and I am grateful the firm has been able to hire and retain the good folks that I dealt with.
I hold you and yours in high regard, and although you do not personally know me, I was involved with quality control and owned my own business so I know of what I speak.
Please keep up the good work and carry on.
I ordered patches from custom patches…
I ordered patches from custom patches and its been over a month and i still have not received them. They have a Texas address which is where i live but it seems they are coming out of China. I asked a rep. about this in an email to no avail. I was told they would come earlier but later told no You might pose the question where are they coming from if time is a factor.
