I've been making my squadron patches more than 10 designs since 2024. They've been professional, exclusive and have outstanding skills. Products are also very fine, sturdy, well-designed, very nice-quality. I would definitely re-visit. If y'all want to make some of patches, you know where to come.

Lucy on the customer support was amazing to work with! I needed some custom woven tags printed and shipped in a short amount of time and she got it done! They arrived just in time for my daughter's birthday party, and THE/STUDIO didn't even charge an expedited fee to get them here quickly. I have been working with The/Studio for years. I've placed dozens of orders without issue, and even referred some of my clients, but something changed recently. The complete lack of communication and disorganization is shocking, especially since I am a long-time customer. I'm not even sure if this is a real business anymore.

The design and proof process was surprisingly smooth. They worked with me to deliver my order on time to have them in hand for a critical customer engagement. The customer and my team were very impressed with the quality of the embroidered patches. I will definitely recommend and use THE/STUDIO for my custom merchandise needs in the future.

We were looking for velcro patches for backpacks that we were giving to our mechanics. We ordered them up and accidently picked the incorrect backing. Once I explained to them that we were waiting on our backpacks to come into ensure the corret velcro was picked for the back of the patches. Unwana reached out and told me that the backing on these patches were actually iron on. Once I noticed my mistake I let them know that it was incorret and needed to be velcro. Unwana promptly helped me make my adjustments to my order and did not hesitate to ensure i got what I needed. WIll defintiley be using The Studio just for the customer service. It is very hard to get great customer service these days and coming from a customer service related field, it is great when you get it.

I am very pleased with the product, and I received the 100 that I ordered plus a few extras. I had a very tight deadline. The/Studio was able to adjust and get my order to me. Pelumi was the customer service rep who engaged with me and pushed to ensure my deadline was met. She was excellent, she kept me updated and quite professional.

I am a member of a search and rescue academy in the PNW. Since graduating more than a decade ago and becoming a member of the cadre, the idea of a challenge coin for the academy has been in my mind. I reached out to a company years ago to begin the process of creating one, but it went nowhere. Fast forward to today.

I was introduced to The Studio through a colleague who recommended them. I'm glad they did because I found the process of taking my idea to final product to be quick and effortless. Of course, it helped that I had the design pretty much locked, but thanks to their website and prompt responses it took ~2 months for the coin to be minted--outstanding!

I ultimately decided not to move forward with THE/STUDIO after reviewing both their sales representations and their Terms of Service.
One of my initial concerns was that the company is not BBB accredited. During the sales process, I was passed between multiple representatives before finally speaking with an account executive on a Zoom call. During that conversation, I was told the subscription cost would be approximately $500 per month per product and that if I later chose to cancel my subscription, I could continue working directly with the factory that had been sourced for my project.
However, when I carefully reviewed the Terms of Service, I found several important areas that lacked clarity. The agreement did not clearly explain how cancellation must occur, whether notice is required, whether cancellation must be submitted in writing, what happens to customer files and intellectual property after termination, whether account data is deleted, or whether THE/STUDIO may continue servicing factories connected to a client's product after cancellation.
I was also concerned that the agreement contained no meaningful confidentiality obligations, did not adequately address restrictions on the use of customer designs or branding for marketing purposes, and lacked clear provisions regarding ownership of tooling, molds, production files, and other project assets. In addition, the factory liability protections appeared heavily weighted in favor of the platform.
The deciding factor for me was the non-circumvention provision. During the Zoom call, I was told that I could continue production with the factory even if I no longer maintained an active subscription. Because I wanted this understanding reflected in writing, I requested an addendum and clarification regarding the non-circumvention language. In a subsequent email, I was informed that the non-circumvention restriction is permanent, meaning customers may not work directly with factories introduced through the platform even after ending their subscription.
While others may have different experiences, the discrepancy between the verbal explanation and the written interpretation of the agreement, combined with the contractual concerns noted above, led me to conclude that THE/STUDIO was not the right fit for my business.
