Looking for a way to view some old Quicken files I found TSZ bookkeeping, but I was skeptical as he was overseas in India. I called and talked to him on the phone and he seemed very up and up. I then looked on this very website to see if there was anything fishy about the company, but it seemed to have good reviews. I went ahead and sent my files to Peter and got them back successfully and I'm very glad that I trusted my instincts. Peter is very easy to communicate with, and obviously very good at what he does and he also went the extra mile to be helpful

I completely agree with all the 5-star reviews here. Peter understood my problem with Quicken freezing while downloading, patiently worked through each account and gave great options for avoiding the problem in the future.

We needed assistance with upgrading an older version of Quicken. This had been used for many years and we wanted to resolve some issues before the program became damaged or less effective. The local resources were not very effective. After further research we connected with Peter of the Support Zone. We were immediately impressed with his communication skills and level of expertise. However, since our older Quicken continued to work, it was then about two years later before we decided to get back to him. The program started experiencing some related problems so it was time. We had some initial hesitance about working with someone remotely. Yet after our first session we knew this was the right decision.

Peter was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly and carefully. He was also very responsive to our communications and scheduling times. There was one more follow up session the following week. That was to answer some additional technical questions about the backup process. There too he was quite helpful and expert in his technical work. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend these professional services.

We worked with Peter for reinstallation of Quickbooks Pro on a client's PC. Quickbooks had some issues opening the company file. This guy did not hang up untill he saw the Quickbooks succesfully running with backup location configured.
