Ordered a birthday gift, never turned up, each time you contact them, they request 72 business hours to respond, that’s 9 days.
Placed my order 2nd Feb, it’s now 17th of Feb, I have no item, no refund, no way of sorting this matter. Stay away.

They were half term gift
They were half term gives for my Grandsons. They arrived quickly and on time. The boys loved them and will use them at school and football.

Very poor customer service
Ordered a mug for Christmas. Very specific on the customisation and it arrived completely wrong. Ignored all attempts to contact them, via the website, emails & Instagram.

Shocking company, item was no delivered and then they ignore you everytime you try and get in contact. £20 and nothing in return, avoid like the plague.

Not sure we would order from here again…..
Goods arrived separately over a few days. Quite a long delivery time.
Unfortunately men’s sizing in shorts wasn’t very good, sizing very small, so these have been returned (you have to pay return postage- this would deter me from ordering in the future)
The football towel we ordered isn’t a towel, the material is far too thin but hubby liked it so we’ve kept it, although the materiel/fabric is questionable…..
Still waiting for our refund.

Good item shame about couriers.
The item i bought was what I expected. It will be a great Christmas present for a friend who supports Forrest. The reason it's not 5 stars is they use evri to deliver. The package. It was left in plain veiw for anyone to steal. I live in the part of London that officially has the highest crime rate.

This was my 1st order from The Terrace Store and had no problems at all. The website was easy to navigate, my order was dispatched really quickly with updates emailed to me along the way, and the item I bought (a mug as a Christmas gift) is great quality! Very happy with it! I will use the company again.
