First order and I was very pleased with the products and service. It was great to beable to personalise a product and delivery was quicker than estimated.

Was sent the wrong colour jumper, messaged customer service using contact form but was ignored. So now my son’s Christmas present is ruined.

The item i bought was what I expected. It will be a great Christmas present for a friend who supports Forrest. The reason it's not 5 stars is they use evri to deliver. The package. It was left in plain veiw for anyone to steal. I live in the part of London that officially has the highest crime rate.

This was my 1st order from The Terrace Store and had no problems at all. The website was easy to navigate, my order was dispatched really quickly with updates emailed to me along the way, and the item I bought (a mug as a Christmas gift) is great quality! Very happy with it! I will use the company again.

I ordered 3 items, all are Christmas presents, unfortunately when the parcel arrived, I item was missing , so I am unhappy at the moment.
I have emailed in with the details, so hopefully this will get sorted out.

It took too long to be delivered for my liking which led me to think they ship from abroad. The clothes were OK quality, but nothing sparkling for the price. I was bemused by the free gift worth 9.99. It was a piece of slate with terrace written on it

Money taken and still nothing turned up. Tried to get in contact and no replies. Been nearly 3 weeks now

Made an order on 28th September. I still haven't received anything after chasing up numerous times!!! Taken my money, but no goods!

Edit to add new order was sent out after speaking manager and 20% discount applied. It was a shame that the gifts were not received by my husband in time, but issue was eventually resolved. Thank you.

Im a huge Blackburn Rovers fan and always find it tricky to find any 94/95 memorabilia in good condition. When a friend shared the terraced store link I was like a kid in a sweet shop with all the retro items. Great items, great quality and good delivery times. Thanks, ill defo be ordering again

Terrace have shown extraordinary dedication to supporters of Morecambe FC. The genuinely brilliant bespoke kits are not only excellent in quality, which is rare for a lower league team, but also capture the character of the community they represent. The range of products available both online and in-store has reached a standard far beyond what fans have been used to and dwarf many other clubs at our level.

When the club was hanging on in its most difficult moments, Terrace’s efforts reminded us that there are still good people in the industry. From quickly setting up a temporary shop to pledging to provide kits should a new club have been required, Carl and his team consistently stepped up in ways few others would.

We starting using terrace when we formed as a Sunday league football team back in 2023/24, the price and quality was second to none, was great for a new team to be able to afford a kit, and also quick replies and being able to order more as you go on so easily, as I said the quality of the shirts are crazy, and I haven’t thought of changing a single kit as there still going strong 3 years later!
