The delivery of the course was great
The delivery of the course was great, Neil did an amazing job at keeping the class engaged through his teaching techniques. The presentations were delivered over the week which made it easier to intake the information. Definitely enjoyed this course compared to previous classroom training.

Neil was a great trainer really enjoyed his methods of training and like his accent. Was a good balance of PowerPoint, group involvement and activities.
One main bad thing is the travel/location of the building. Took a little while to get to.

A good mixture of slides and trainee participation. Well put together and rolled out. Was engaged throughout. Props to Neil. A massive posible for the course. Some of the questions in the final exam are in need of renewing. Otherwise all good and straightforward to follow.

My experience being great was…
My experience being great was definitely down to the trainer Neil Richards. I enjoyed the group work and Neil was able to break down the PowerPoints so well despite the content being so dense. He made sure we were all engaged and tried to implement fun activities which bettered my understanding and got me to feel comfortable with the class because I didn’t know anyone prior.

Neil was an absolutely amazing trainer — incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and engaging. His teaching style made the classroom experience fun and enjoyable, and the course materials were well-structured and easy to follow. I learned a lot throughout the sessions, and his ability to explain concepts clearly made a big difference.
