Ticket Merchant Reviews

Ease of use with the app
Had no issues with getting my tickets not being the fastest with my phone and downloading the tickets was a breeze
All round a great experience will use again

Absolutely bloody hilarious! 😂 Jeff Dunham had us laughing from start to finish. The puppets, the jokes and the way he brings each character to life were brilliant. Definitely worth seeing live — my cheeks hurt from laughing so much! 🤣
10/10 night… although I’m pretty sure my stomach muscles are now on strike! 😂

I had some initial concerns as I have never purchased event tickets via a third party before but it was smooth sailing right from the start!

Jeff dunham was great the show was very funny from start to finish, the only downside to my experience was they ran out of merchandise I did manage to get a shirt but was prepared to spend big on talkative dolls and more but was sold out before the show started. Apart from that was very enjoyable

Tickets to the NRL were quite expensive given where the seats were located. Other than that, we received the tickets (no issues) and it was easy to scan at the gate.

Hello Ticket Merchant team, Hope you had a good weekend, we definitely had a good weekend, thanks to Ticket Merchant team for the upgrade to N17 section. My wife and I had booked these tickets to take our son to footy. He was super thrilled to be there and experience for all of us simply amazing. We definitely, used every bit of the upgrade opportunity like go to legends room at MCG and watching the match through the glass from Legends Room. Once again thank you Ticket Merchant team, 3 of us had such fantastic time at footy.

Due to my lack of experience purchasing g on line tickets, I had problems downloading the tickets.
When reaching out the support was fantastic and I will definitely use Ticket Merchant in the future event purchases
Thank you 🙏

Fast and easy process, safe and reliable. Highly recommended

Got my ticket well in advance, didn’t have an issue getting in at all

We had amazing seats which was unexpected as originally I thought it was just a GA ticket. The kids loved it. The tickets also arrived on the Tuesday before the match so I knew it was legitimate and not a scam.

Friendly staff, easy access, seating well organised. Good sound. Great venue overall. Highly recommend.

Jim Jefferies, what a funny man! Laughed the entire time.

Massive attack wasn’t just a concert, it was a once in a lifetime experience.

Had a lot of fun at the show. Ticket merchant did its job as expected and to a degree I was happy with. No problems here really

It was easy to get tickets and they were really good seats

Had a ripper night out with friends on Friday night watching Urzila Carlson at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

I did not stop laughing. I highly recommend grabbing some friends and booking tickets 10/10…
