Ticket Merchant Reviews

Fantastic seats, great price. Outstanding concert.

Everything was amazing and every worker and staff there helped keep it safe

Ticket Merchant have been fantastic - tickets were easy to purchase and there were no issues with booking. Staff at Rod Laver Arena were fantastic and the show was incredible. Definitely a night to remember. Thank you!

Bill Bailey was brilliant, the ushers and bar staff were friendly and polite and the entry processing was easy.

Ticket purchase process was easy and efficient! Popular venue location and artist was available with great seating. Getting into the event with the online tickets was seamless. I would absolutely use ticket merchant again and recommend anyone wanting great seats for their event to use them.
Great service and trusted company!

Entry was super easy and straightforward, the arena layout was perfectly mapped for me to get around between merch stands, food, restrooms, bars and all the way back to general admission without any issues.
Avenged sevenfold was perfect the whole night, every song sounded crisp and exact just how i remember them, sound and lighting were some of the most interactive and fun experiences i've had at any concert, all people who attended were ensured safety by security gaurds, crowd surfing, being pushed into barriers, or needing water, all crazy moments were fully supervised and immediately taken care of as the night went on, can't wait to go again to see more shows!!

Bill Bailey just gets better and better, awesome show in an awesome venue.
Great service from Ticket Merchant, very straight forward and user friendly.

The whole process from beginning to end was so simple. I’m grateful that ticket merchant was emailing me throughout the year and keeping me updated. All around very thankful for this experience.

The show was amazing. The visuals were insanely well produced, coordinated and innovative. The tracklist was solid, the support act was good and concise so we didn't have to wait too long for the main act. Staff were helpful with guiding people to their seats.

Easy to find available tickets, and very reliable. Don’t think I would’ve made it to the concert if not for ticket merchant. One of the greatest experiences!

So easy and I was thrilled to get the tickets I wanted!

Absolute energy in a two and a half hour concert to blow one’s senses! King Gizzard are the best! Easy ticketing experience too. Woo!

Great size venue and everything was clean.

Fast response, and they checked if the tickets were sent and if you could use them. They really made sure everything went well.
