Ticket Merchant Reviews

The game was amazing. Great to see Sth win. Access to the stadium wasn't to bad. Only issue was car parking. We spent well over 1 hr looking for car park. Next time transport. But overall was amazing experience.

Very easy to deal with, customer service unbelievable A++++

got in quick, venue was big but also not busy and the concert went amazing, was able to find my seat due to help from staff and easy navigation

Saw Tame Impala live. Literally life-changing.

The atmosphere was amazing, and the performances were also great, however, I feel like the music was slightly too loud and that I felt like I was gonna go deaf. despite that, I would definitely go again though

Love that i can get great seats for events via Ticket merchant at fab prices. Highly recommend!

I really liked the text reminders- especially the day before to remind me I hadnt accepted my tickets

Atmosphere was great bands were great. Had a great night out.

I thought we had missed out on tickets to see Aaron Chen in Melbourne until I stumbled across Ticket Merchant where I found FRONT ROW SEATS to his show! The purchasing process was super simple and the tickets arrived with plenty of time before the show. It was all so easy and we had an incredible night.
I'll definitely be booking with Ticket Merchant again in the future!

Aaron Chen was hilarious and the content was comprehensive, great value. Love the venue too.

Managed to get to an event that I otherwise couldn’t afford at first release!
Tickets landed in my account immediately and had no issues.

Will be using again and highly recommend!

Amazing and easy experience booking tickets with Aziz Ansari. Our tickets were upgraded to higher value seats closer to the stage on the day as well. Will definitely be coming back to ticket merchant for further purchases. Everything was delivered on time and efficiently. The Aziz Ansari stand up show was spectacular! Great experience.

Ticket Merchant provides a smooth and easy experience with great service and communication, I have used the site for multiple concerts and all have run super smoothly!

With the ticket delay i was a bit nervous but it came through a month before like stated and it was easy and simple to access, they had full communication through the whole process helping me understand where my tickets at in processing it was just as easy if not better then any other websites

Amazing customer service, very easy process

Everything went smoothly. Fist time using them

Was a little nervous that id get scammed especially having spent alot more in the tickets than if I had of secured them during the presale and general sales which sold out in minutes. But everything went smoothly and the tickets were transferred and worked at the venue for access. Overall happy with this service and would feel comfortable using it again.

The game was good, entertaining and great watching the athletes. The crowd were a bit rude during our ceremonies and complained a lot about our ground. It was a great injection of money into Townsville having the event here and the street party

Great experience easy to navigate the site and always have tickets avaliable for re sale
