Ticket Merchant Reviews

Tickets were made easy to purchase, always found them here when needed , that’s what makes the experience all the more enjoyable it was for my young daughter who is his biggest fan , so l went along to make sure she saw him live, couldn’t have asked for more. The stadium doesn’t have a bad seat in the house been to see plenty there 10/10

It was the best concert I've ever been to.

Ticketmerchant was really reliable in sending the tickets through well before the event. It was really easy to select which seats we wanted and the payment process was smooth too. And we got in smoothly with no problems. Thanks Ticketmerchant for letting me go to the best concert of my life!

Absolutely love Tame Impala and their performance. Ticket access is always easier as well. The only downside was a bit of a misinterpretation with lining up for the concerts as Zara Larson was playing at the same time and I lined up in the wrong line for 40 minutes. And I personally feel like it wasn’t made too clear which line to be in.

The concert was brilliant with an all-Australian line up. I was nervous with tickets arroving only one week prior, but all was good.

Great venue as always. Easy to navigate. Great concert from any seat imo.

Rod Laver Arena is one of the best venues I have ever been to for a concert, with great capacity, amazing lightshow equipment and a broad general admissions area. A suiting venue for the amazing sets from Tame Impala and Ninajirachi.

It was my first time watching a basketball game in Brisbane, and it was so much fun! I was really excited! 😳✨✨✨I wanna watch it from closer seat next time🥳🥳🏅🏅🏅

This was my first time seeing these bands live I had a hell of a time in general admission everyone was so nice in the mosh pit the venue was such an amazing experience I’m definitely seeing these bands again when they come back out thank you so much ❤️

Really easy and smooth experience with Ticket Merchants! From choosing our tickets to downloading the app and accessing our tickets, everything was simple and easy to navigate. The whole process was hassle-free, which made the experience even better. Very happy with the service!

no glitchs easy access no delays just easy and no miscommunication will definitely buy through ticket merchant again!

Ticket merchant didn’t scam me. They sell the tickets at a higher price but it idc cause it meant I got mosh pit tickets

Saw tame impala live, genuinely a rewiring of the brain experience

Provided tickets by the specified date, clear instructions and transparent about fees and costs. Location of Bris Entertainment Centre is always incredible, amazing sound, unbelievable atmosphere. Especially at Tame Impala shows, always absolutely incredible, not to be missed. Only note - the digital ticket is provided in a strange format that I ended up saving as a file on my phone to access easily at the event - would have preferred to be able to add it to my apple wallet as I do with other tickets.

The venue was great, it had lots of choices of food and drink, with a beautiful vibe outside. I was surprised at how close the general admission was to the band! The light show was superb!

Tame Impala was amazing 🤩
