Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations.
When you decided to exchange the tile cutter, we followed our policy requiring customers to arrange returns in such cases. To help reduce your return costs, we were happy to step in and arrange a return at a significantly lower cost of £20 instead of the £100 you had been quoted elsewhere.
We’re glad we could assist in finding a cutter that better suited your needs and appreciate your new order. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out – we’re here to help!
