Perfect new mattress for our family moses basket
The mattress for our family Moses basket (which is about to welcome its 37th baby) fits perfectly. The quality and finish is great. Delivery for a custom made product was timely.

Great mattress
We bought this mattress because the default one coming with the travel cot was very thin and my baby was struggling to sleep on it. Since we bought this one, he is sleepy very well. Feels very comfy and very well made.

Really good quality mattress
Really good quality mattress. Baby wouldn’t sleep well in cot with mattress supplied but loves sleeping in it now. So comfy n doesn’t make him sweat.

Excellent quality - easy to order
Mattress needed for a 34yr old Silver Cross cot being handed down. Off the shelf mattress sizes wouldn’t fit !! Very easy to order, excellent quality, exactly as ordered, kept informed and delivered within timeline promised - definitely recommend.

Product ok but long delivery
The item took more than a week to dispatch which in this day & age is very long. I also hadn’t appreciated the item I was ordering wasn’t branded but in the seller’s own packaging, the quality seems ok however.

1. Our standard dispatch times are 7-10 days from ordering, this is clearly marked on our product listings. The reason for this is that all our products are made in-house to order to ensure the highest quality and maximum freshness. As a company we do not like the idea that new born babies could be sleeping on products that have spent long periods of time in warehousing etc..
2. All our products are under The Tiny Bed Company Brand only. We manufacturer our own range of high-quality nursery mattresses and essentials, we do not stock other brands. This again is mentioned in our product listings and footnote on our website.
We take customer service and happiness very seriously at The Tiny Bed Company, which is reflected in our other customer reviews, so I hope this provides you with some comfort in your recent purchase.
