Jane Rose , really good service

Jane is the best. I will book my next holiday with her next month

Jane Rose has been exemplary in delivering a fantastic customer service.

Very much appreciated.

Tues 29th Sep ‘2026: I came across this company while looking for a flight, on Wed 16th Sep.

Ron, is the person who assisted me. I wasn’t able to book on the 16th, but u told him I would return to him once I was able too.

He was so quick with his search, helpful and professional.

The fact that he was able to get me on the same flight as my cousin, 🥺 means so much as I am travelling to bury my aunt… my cousins mum 🕊️

Thank you so much Ron, your superb and he will be the person I contact and recommend to people who need a flight 👌 God bless you.

Would I recommend this company, 💯 and make sure to ask for Ron.☺️

Eric Pearson handled our Brisbane flight requirements with skill and politeness, and we are completely satisfied with the service.

Would definite recommend this company. We have a very special family gathering in South Africa this Christmas and Jane Rose went the extra mile to secure the best price for us. We couldn’t have made this trip without her help. Any questions we had were answered immediately, payment plans were worked out for us and any questions we had were answered immediately. So looking forward to this trip and Will definitely use them again.
Thank you Jane Rose 👍

We honestly can’t thank Marvin Johnson enough for all of his help from start to finish. He has been absolutely fantastic and really took so much of the stress out of organising our travel.

Marvin helped us with everything, from our flights to our connecting flights, and has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we felt supported throughout. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and knowing Marvin was there to help gave us such peace of mind.

We are incredibly grateful for all of his time, patience and support. The level of service we received has been exceptional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Thank you so much, Marvin — we really appreciate everything you’ve done for us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hello Ron thank you so much for your help getting me a flight. Super fantastic help. Thanks Ron

Great experience with travel booking
Very fast and professional.

Very friendly staff and very easy communication

Attention to detail, responsive and excellent value for money on long haul flights. Jane Rose was my agent and she made booking a flight quick and easy with competitive prices.

Marvin was very patient and he allowed me to explain exactly what our travel needs are as i would be travelling with a young adult with special needs. He also gave us options of flexibility which was great. He was also polite and very profressional and did get back to us as promised, whereas some travel agents did not get back
To us.He was also very transparent with the flight prices.

Our advisor was Eric Pearson, he was very helpful from start to finish with finding us flights that met our criteria as a family with children and our budget. Excellent service, polite and very professional. I will definitely be booking my flights with them again.
