Thetravelbookings Reviews

He was very helpful. There was a bit of trouble at first but it was ok in the end

I had an excellent experience with Eric Pearson while booking my travel tickets. He was very helpful, professional, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the booking was completed smoothly.

Eric made the whole process simple and stressfree, and his customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I really appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to help. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend Eric to anyone needing assistance with their travel bookings. Thank you, Eric, for the excellent service!

Rebecca Williams has really gone above and beyond to find the right deal for us. I cant deny the prices are extraordinary, considering we are flying over the Christmas period. Theres something still nostalgic about speaking and working with someone when its comes to finding the right kind of flights, in an age built on internet searches. This is the second time using this platform and Rebecca reminded me exactly why i keep coming back.

Great staff, very indepth product knowledge, helpfully and informative and accommodating when it comes to amendments and rebooking.

Spoke with Max, he assured me everything would be good, went through the whole flight details a number of times so there was no confusion. He was very helpful gave me his direct line and said any problems they would sort it out. Will give another review after my holiday.

Great service

I booked a holiday for my family of 10 to New Zealand so was quite stressful. Rebecca found us very reasonable flight prices. I did have to wait a while for the actual confirmation & booking ref. That was due to time differences.

Amazing service from Marvin. Cannot speak highly enough. Found me the flight at the best price and called back when he said he would. Easy and efficient process. Would definitely recommend Marvin. Thank you for all your help.

Ron was very nice and I felt relaxed a little he continued to be helpful by guiding me through the process which is quite nerve-racking for because I don't like dealing with online services. However all went well and was able to finish the transaction in good time. X

Rebecca Williams was really helpful in trying to find the best options for me. The price is good as well and it made booking much easier.

Excellent service from jane rose again, such a nice, sweet lady, best travel agent ever, feels like a family member, can't fault her in anything, just perfect, thank you jane.

The whole experience was very pleasant. Marvin Johnson has helped me find a good deal from the budget I can afford . It was handled very professional, straightforward and promptly.

Fantastic help and service

My mum and I were always skeptical about flight ads we see online. We gave Thetravelbookings a try and I would say we were pleasantly surprised by the overall good result we had. Marvin Johnson was very helpful in finding us the best possible flight during a very busy and expensive holiday season. Marvin's communication was good and efficient.

However, we wish there were more time to check the details and other options. We were hoping we could have some time to consider our options but we had to pay for everything immediately therefore felt a little pressured.

We were also disappointed that there were some last minute changes with the time agreed to send payment and the price of the flights itself. Additionally, we were not pleased that after being on time with the payment, there was still some issue - we would have thought sending the payment immediately would result to securing the tickets immediately with the agreed price.

That being said, Marvin was very apologetic and was keen to give us a better service in the end. I would say he handled it well and was very professional. Grateful for his service and patience!
