Jane Rose - very helpful and reliable agent . Genuine best offers and prices

Very helpful and understanding and very patient thank you for your help

Last minute.
Good deal.
Great service.

Max. M did a great job. Thank you.

Hi I booked a trip to Las with this company having not heard of them before having found them on a comparison website option. I asked for a call back which happened on time I was even given an option to delay cancel or change before this. I’d had issues due to the Aer Lingus changes at Dublin to their routes in 2027 so demand was up and prices I was finding higher.
Max was very helpful and informative about where to fly from due to price, stops and layover. I had only planned to book flights if they were competitive. But with Maxs help my flights and hotel of choice are all booked with vouchers and confirmation email all for slightly less. Max also made sure I was aware of resort taxes needing to be paid by night to the hotel!
They are keen you leave a review but that said it’s been great x

VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT A BIG THANK YOU TO MARVIN JOHNSON FOR ALL HIS HELP AND PATIENCE

Well done Mary.

We had an emergency family situation which meant last-minute tickets was required within 48 hours of flying. We were fortunate to have an agent called MAX who worked tirelessly and out of office hours on a Sunday then the following day to deliver them. I have used this company a few times now because they provide exceptional customer service and are conscientious of making sure one is satisfied every time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you MAX.

Great customer service provided by Max.professionally sort out all bits of booking for me.really appreciate for to be honest with customers.keep it up

Thanks Eric, what an experience I have had... Such attention to details, shows he knows his business and guide you all the way, showing prices to match the dates provided.
He kept in touch throughout making sure I had the very best deal. My first time using their service, was abit skeptic at first and did my research.
Upon doing so I was happy to proceed with booking my sister and I.. and can clearly admit I was a relaxed person... It was confirmed all was on board and details match with my booking confirmation, Eric had provided.

Thanks Eric, continue being yourself, patience, helpful and putting your all into the job you so loved.

I always depend on them with their respect and excellent service especially Jane. She is really good and very respectful.

The service we got from Ron throughout our booking process for a long-haul flight was great, he gave us different options and didn't hard-sell one option over others. We ended up getting a better price than at any other platform we searched, and are looking forward to our journey.

Good company to work with. Jane rose went the extra mile to resolve our problems. She could not have been more helpful bc and I was a pain

Been searching for a flight to head home àfter staying off in England for a while from china and wasn't getting the deal or flight I needed. I saw the number called and max answered. He took almost 4 hours working to get a flight for me .Max is the man

Marvin was extremely helpful and extremely patient and couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and polite. Thank you 🙏

Max was very efficient in dealing with all our international and domestic flights

I was a little apprehensive using my mobile to arrange a visit to my sister, who lives in Napier N. Z, I am 71yrs.and not an expert on my phone! I needn't of worried as the agent I spoke to ', was charming, calm and very patient with me, even helping me with my phone!I have now
arranged my flight's, etc. I am travelling on my own and need wheelchair assistance which was organised and the agent assured me that I would be taken care of, I feel a load has been taken off my mind, All thank's to a very capable and thoughtful person, who made time for me. Thankyou.

I was comparing options thoroughly:I did my own online search, and also spoke with four other travel agencies. But Rebecca Williams stood out by far.She provided me with so many great choices, processed everything incredibly fast, and found me a far better and cheaper price than anyone else could offer.
This was a last minute booking for travel just one week away, and I’ve already received my e-ticket smoothly.Rebecca was efficient, helpful, and truly went above and beyond.I couldnt have asked for better support-thank you so much!”
