Rennee was patient, polite and professional. She went through the best possible prices and suitable dates. Rennee returned my calls as planned and sent all information requested.

The TraceL agent was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process.
They responded quickly to my questions and provided clear, accurate information.
Excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish.

We cannot thank Jane Rose enough for the outstanding service she provided. We were faced with arranging a last-minute flight and hotel for my husband in the Cayman Islands, and what could have been an incredibly stressful situation was handled with professionalism, efficiency and genuine care.

Jane went far beyond what would normally be expected, exploring every possible option and working tirelessly to find the very best solution available. She was responsive, knowledgeable and determined to achieve the best outcome rather than simply settling for the easiest one.

What impressed us most was her commitment to helping us. At every stage she kept us informed, offered practical advice and demonstrated an exceptional level of customer service. It was clear that she genuinely cared about ensuring everything was arranged perfectly.

In a world where outstanding service is becoming increasingly rare, Jane is a shining example of how travel consultants should operate. We would not hesitate to use The Travel Bookings again and would specifically seek out Jane's assistance in the future.

An absolute credit to the company. Five stars are thoroughly deserved.
