Thank you 'Jane Rose'

After making a stupid mistake and missing our flight home. We are a family of six with three young children. We contacted the Travel bookings and through sheer persitence and patience of their part, they got us home next day. Renee in particular stayed on the phone with us for about 5 hrs without a break to ensure we were fully booked on the flight home. Everyone at the company did their bit, but Renee was exceptional. Even had adjoining seats as bonus.Definitely would use them again and strongly reccomend them.

IVery good company the lady Rennee Watson is great Very helpful nothing was too much of a problem completely professional I will useagain and highly recommend this company and lady the booking was an easy process

Max was amazing. He guided us through the booking, reassuring us every step of the way. Thank you Max

Excellent service and attention to detail above and beyond from our agent Jane Rose. I was updated frequently with any changes and checking that we were on the same page as each other, it ,made the holiday less stressful as everything was so easy and flowed nicely. if i thought of anything that i was unsure off, when i checked my emails and text the answers or advice was ready and waiting. I would be using the booking agent/agency for my future holidays.

Hi,

I would like to take a moment to thank Eric Pearson, for his patience and professional approach in putting together our flight package. He really took the time to understand our needs and ensured everything was tailored perfectly for us.

This is not the first time we’ve used your travel booking company, and once again, everything we asked for was delivered to a high standard. The service has been consistently reliable and greatly appreciated.

Many thanks again to Eric for his outstanding support.
