I am extremely disappointed with Trucozie's customer service. They claim to offer 24/7 support, but the only way to contact them is via email, and I have yet to receive any response despite multiple attempts. There is no other contact method available, and when I reach out through Amazon, I receive no reply either. Amazon support has also informed me that they cannot assist with this issue. This lack of support and communication is unacceptable and has left me very frustrated as a customer. I would definitely not recommend this business or its products.

I purchased the cordless stick vacum a little over a year ago. I use it all the time. It has worked well then one day the light went out. You can't change the light or fix it. The company was no help at all because my warranty expired. I even recommended them to friends. Sorry I did that. Do yourself a favor and go with a more trusted name. I know several people that have a Shark and the light has worked for years. Too bad for Trucozie they don't sell a quality product.
